Still pissed off about the strip loin you served instead of a ribeye. Worst steak I've have in a restaurant. Used to be our favorite restaurant. No longer.

We had the most wonderful time at your restaurant in early December. We ate there 2 nights and had excellent service and incredible food both nights. Our table had severe allergies and your ability to accommodate our allergies and keep us safe was fantastic. Our server was amazing despite having many, tables. We didnt catch her name but were able to thank her again the next day on Air North! Thank you!

My fiancée and I had an amazing evening. The food and service was exceptional. Maeve was an amazing host and made sure every aspect of the experience was perfect. From starters to desert it was wonderful. Highly recommend and we plan on visiting again for sure!

Carpaccio? Orgasmic. French onion soup? Heaven. Bison short ribs: deluxe. Elk roulade? Amaze. Chai creme brulee? *whimpers*. Damn, even the beet cocktail was great. A++

Fine dining is maybe a stretch, but they also don't charge fine dining prices. Overall I think the food is well made and priced fairly reasonably for what it is (a bit more expensive than your average mean but not crazy).

Some of the game-meat dishes were overly spiced to hide the flavour, but I think this was mostly done as a necessity. Just at that point why offer the meat if the taste is such that it needs to be completely hidden behind heavy spices and herbs. May as well have had spiced tofu at that point.

This was surprisingly good option if you are looking for nice dinner venue.

The bone marrow was divine. Steak was cooked perfectly. The bison bolognese was a treat. The pasta is a decent size, my wife barely made a dent so we took it home and a nice leftover lunch option.

Went to this restaurant because others were closed due to the Discovery holiday. It was very busy. 2 of us were dining. We waited over 20 mins for our drinks, which were just a couple of beers. We ordered a couple of mains at the same time. I also ordered a glass of red wine to come out with my meal, which was the ek roulade. After quite some time our main courses finally arrived. The presentation looked great. The wine did NOT come with my meal. I started into the elk roulade, which tasted like terrible unseasoned dry meat loaf. The sauce was few and far between, and the wine was MIA... My colleague thoroughly enjoyed his burger, though, so there is that. The poor waiter was stressed out. I had to get up and search for my glass of wine so I could at least try to choke down this overpriced pile of saw dust. I finally found my waiter who unceremoniously dropped off the wine and quickly delivered other drinks to patrons with little to no apologies for the late delivery of the wine. This place is a joke factory, in my opinion. I personally spent $83 dollars (with tip) for a flat beer, a popcorn fart of a roulade with little to no flavour and $21 glass of domestic mediocre Pino noir. Sorry guys, but I will not be back.

This establishment is not "fine dining". I had the 12 oz rib eye and it was the worst steak I've ever had. I ordered it medium rare and it came out medium well. When I made mention to the server, she as what she should do about it. Well, I asked for a medium rare steak. When the 2nd MR steak came out, it tasted horrible like it was spoiled. I've had better steak at a run down truck stop. The server was overwhelmed because she was trying to serve 20 tables on her own. The establishment is to blame. Poor food, poor service, and overworked employees. Would not recommend.

I think our server forgot us, so our food came out cold. He didn't come back to see how our food was.

Very very poor management. The hours posted are not the hours of the restaurant. They have a phone recording that says they will immediately call you back. We tried this several times and there was no immediate call back. In fact there was no callback at all.in all of our experiences along the Alaska highway this had to be the worst restaurant or maybe next to the worst.
