First tried take away here a couple of weeks ago, it was great, the order was right and food delicious, however subsequent orders have made me never want to go back:2nd order - good, but forgot to add sauces, just ate it and thought was one off!3rd order - put wrong sauce on chicken shwarma (garlic instead of hot sauce) - took it back and girl behind till was abrupt and said was busy, & didn't want to deal with issue, and basically just told me to eat it (why should I when it wasn't what I ordered). She got the manager who was polite, apologized and did the order again correct and gave two sides of free fries and rushed it. Was OK with this outcome.4th order - wrong sauce put on order again. Took back and was made to feel like I was the issue and possibly lying about it, arguing it was right order and I was wrong. Manager was different one this time saying they don't do a hot sauce...(when clearly they do - I ordered it) -she said must have been humus. They put the order through eventually and they brought out another part of order which was already correct, then had to redo, I was standing there waiting all this time, the fries were cold at this point, but got there. The girl just handed it over with no apology, nothing.Bad attitude and rude, lost my custom.

Terrible kitchen since they moved. I think the kitchen is under too much stress since they moved. Ordering system flawed. Been there 3 times since they moved and haven't gotten orders right yet.Won't be back a 4th.

My rating is based off 3 experiences and attempts of trying to like this place, both dine-in an take out. I asked for no tomatoes 3 times, and all 3 times I was given tomatoes. How hard is it? In fact, at the restaurant, they give you the i-Pad and select what you want on your Donair, and I selected no tomato, then I told her no tomato, and both my salad and my wrap showed up with plenty of tomatoes. All. 3. Times. And, only once was my meal comped, and I was made to feel like it was my fault. It was crazy.It effected my whole experience, including the people I dined with. Just left a bad energy in the air for all 4 us...again, all 4 of us tried 3 times and were witness to this disaster. So, even though their meals were okay, all of 4 us will not put any more time and money into trying again.

We stopped for lunch to try this place as we drove past many times, and we loved it! Portions were generous, the food really good (the Glory bowl was delicious) and our server was the nicest. Cocktails were great too. We will definitely come back next time we visit Whitehorse!

My bf and I came in from out of town to take out my family for a couple bdays. There’s no way to reserve so we showed up at 6 and it was busy but, a big table was just leaving so we got in. No one took our drink order until 6:40 and we didn’t get waters until nearly 7, let alone cocktails. The restaurant was not full but, clearly they had just had a rush so we were patient. Food order was taken at 7:10. Drinks were all missing simple syrup, none of them had any kind of sweetener. I know this is common in tropical countries, where fruit/limes are actually sweet, that’s rarely the case in the Yukon. Not sure if this was a mistake or, what their recipe called for. The server was super slow and, we weren’t sure if maybe this was her first day? She certainly was not moving very fast despite the fact that we were there nearly an hour without drinks. Had we had less than 6 people in 3 cars and, had it not been a dinner we had been planning to eat there for a week and coming 500 km for, we would have left.Luckily the food, except for the buffalo chicken sandwich, was good. Not sure why the chicken sandwich is on the menu tho. Its a pre made, frozen, breaded chicken patty and, certainly isn’t up to the standard of the rest of their food. We have always really enjoyed big bear so, I hope you guys will take some time to train your service and bar staff so that we can feel good about coming back to spend our money there.

I'm hoping this was an off night... it was pretty disappointing. The food was mediocre and dried out, service in the restaurant was slow and sporadic. We also ordered some take out, but had to wait for way too long and they still got the order wrong. It was much better at their previous fast food location... I'll try again in a few months, maybe they can up their game by then.
Food is super tasty!! Had an issue with DoorDash, the staff & manager were incredibly helpful with correcting the issue! Will be back for sure. :)

The brand new location on 4th Ave (opened I think in 2022) and the great decor, are matched by a super front of house team. This place has become one of the busiest restaurants in Whitehorse for good reason, and it is one place I don't mind waiting for a bit to get a table. The menu has expanded some now that they in this larger location. The quality and price are great. We've enjoyed The Buffalo Cluster Pluck and Juan Night in Mexico bowls. They are fresh and portions are generous. Their wings are tasty, juicy and well seasoned. It's become our go to restaurant in Whitehorse. In the summer their outdoor patio is a comfortable place to hang.
