Food is minimal but quality. Service is nice.

I really enjoy this place. Food is great and reasonably priced. For a full meal with tip it usually looks at around $23. Trivia on Thursdays is always a blast.

This hotel is so dirty and staff and very rude. 28 of us stayed here for National Baseball Tournament, We were not told when booking that this is a COVID positive hotel. Didn't' find out until after we checked in. The COVID positive people are allowed to leave room, use the same stairs and doors as the rest of the hotel. No one ever cleaned the railings, or the doors. The rooms are very out dated and smell of mold. No housekeeping as of COVID so every time you needed something you had to again use the same stairs as all COVID people to get towels, toilet paper, blankets et. The staff are very rude and I caught them in a few lies over the 6 days. One was the manager said NO COVID patients, front desk clerk said 2 COVID patients and the security guard watching over the COVID rooms said 4. I called them out on that with no response. I watched 3 drug deals go down in the parking lot with my own eyes. Lot of low life's. Only good things was the breakfast at the restaurant was amazing all 3 day

I would not recommend this hotel at all. The breaker blew about 5 times we stayed there. Our credit card got charged when we asked for more towels. There are people supposed to be in ‘isolation’ down the hall because they have Covid, but are allowed to leave their room whenever meaning their touching the same door handles as people. We were not warned that these people 4 doors down had Covid until we asked the security guard what was happening. Rooms are very outdated and carpets throughout the whole place look like their caked with mold.

For 160.00/night for 5 nights you would think you would get better service. No room cleaning (because of covid) which is ridiculous because we are we past those protocols now. No towel change, garbage etc. We asked new towels and garbage to be of changed and it took 2 calls and a walk to the desk to finally get what we asked for (hung on our door in a bag). Unfriendly front desk staff (except for one sweet woman, once). Always inebriated people right outside of the front door.

The service is fantastic, and the food is great. Our family frequent the restaurant for those reasons.

Amazing food, drinks and service! Updated menu's and renovations are a game changer! I would come here again and again just for the staff and how much they make you feel at home. Loved the sliders!

***Dirty Bathroom and Dildo*** I stayed here with my cat and dog while traveling to Alaska. The bathroom was dirty so I suspected the room had not been properly cleaned.. I asked for fresh sheets for the bed and made it myself to get peace of mind. The next morning I woke up to a dirty looking dildo on the floor. Apparently my cat had found it under the bed and had been playing with it and also jumping all over my bed in the night and snuggling up to me with her infested paws! I was disgusted and reported this to the front desk who expressed 0 empathy or resolution stating that "this is strange." I requested to speak with the supervisor and was advised that he was not in office and to call. I attempted to contact the manager several times but apparently he didn't work one day in the entire month that I attempted contact. Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel.

My husband and I have traveled the Alaska Highway to the Yukon many times and when we stay in Whitehorse, this is where we stay. The Inn is located in a plaza that has everything you could need with a gas station right across the street. The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds comfy, the bathrooms are clean with plenty of towels. There is a new TV and free wi fi. There is a huge parking lot and the building is very inviting from the outside. There is a restaurant, a lounge, and a bar onsite. The food is good. What more can you ask for? Did I mention that the staff is friendly and accommodating? Enjoy your stay, we always do.

Wow! When we hit civilization on the ALCAN, I thought Whitehorse would be a "upitty" town. Not so! We landed at the Yukon Inn because of Coronavirus and not much open. If we were going to get sick from a stay, this is the place. Crackheads begging in the parking lot, dirty disgusting carpet. When I awoke in the morning, I saw curtains with holes in a gun-shot pattern. Could leave fast enough. They did allow pets, but there is a blade of grass for them to do their business.
