I visit the Burnt Toast every time I visit the Yukon and I am so sad to experience how far down the service has fallen. The food is still good but the service is just bad. No one is outright rude but they are very neglectful. With the exception of the young Indian guy who works there, the service is pretty bad. The redheaded girl is cold and ignored us almost entirely unless we forced her to pay attention to us by requesting coffee refills, or really anything- she seemed put...
Such a great place place to stop and eat very cozy and welcoming place good tunes playing while eating some really good food and the water here is absolutely refreshing some of the best water I’ve had! If you’re in town make sure to stop in here !
I deleted my last review because I felt it was a bit harsh, I was pretty annoyed leaving the restaurant and probably should have slept on it.
The food was decent, the service was adequate.
I don’t mind adequate service, our table was a bit crowded with plates and we probably would have had a few more drinks, had the service been better. We had to flag someone down to pay. It was busy so we weren’t annoyed, we were just like ‘meh.’
