The lady who took are order was more interested in her phone then getting are order right. Low on gravy, ordered poutine hardly covered the top of the fries. Had to pay for extra fresh gravy. Not a happy

DQ whitehorse, did an amazing job setting up their establishment.Their staff have been nothing but amazing each visit!Many birthday cakes have come from here for our big family since they opened & the cakes are always so well done!The food has been decent each time we go there.( only thing I can really complain about is the loss of the actual Flame Grilled Burgers.. I think that's an ALL DQ thing tho ? ( the flame grill burgers were definitely something I really enjoyed and missed about DQ ? )Otherwise, this fast food place, has done very well with their service.

I’m about a year ago I ordered through drive-through a couple of burgers and an order of chicken strips. When I got home the burgers were there but the chicken strips were not iPhone headquarters down east and I was told they would look into it. I tried contacting the manager here in Whitehorse a couple of times with no success. I never did receive a settlement of any kind for this poor service. Second complaint I have about drive-through happened months ago my daughter brought me, a bacon special hamburger which was supposed to have onion rings on it but when I opened it up here at home, there were no onion rings. I think this is a very poorly managed dairy Queen. In future I will not leave the drive-through as until I checked my whole order to see it is as advertised.

I ordered crispy chicken burger today. I don’t know its fried alot or not fresh patties i feel so oily. I also show to manager it’s different taste she told maybe or may not. But, they don’t have any solution for that i waste

The staff at this location barely seem to speak English, which is surprising given the circumstances (YK Territory).Sadly they don’t seem to be trained to the DQ brand standard. The staff could barely even make a Blizzard for me. All the toppings were still on top of the ice cream, and hadn’t been blended in whatsoever.Additionally, it seemed as though the cashier was unfamiliar with her role - as she couldn’t determine if credit cards were accepted.

Every.Single.Time! These past 4 years, my husband and I have driven up from Texas to Alaska and have stopped at this DQ going and coming. They never disappoint. Today, we walked out after the man at the counter said they were out of several items and we gave up trying to understand him (his accent made his comprehension and ours impossible) The place was beyond filthy, as always,Never again.

We had an excellent server at the counter. Komal was very quick and efficient and yet very sweet and helpful. We had the value meal and she recognized me right away and remembered we got two hot fudge sundaes when I came back to the counter. She was very friendly and watched to make sure everyone's order was right.

Went in and ordered ice cream, we were 4 of us. It took 18 minutes to get our ice cream after paying. By that time, they had served at least 10 people who had come after us.. meaning they received their food including burgers. Our ice cream was melted by the time we got it. They had at least 6 people working so it wasn’t due to lack of staff.
