Miner's Daughter/Dirty Northern provides a lively atmosphere with lots of TVs, making for a fun place to enjoy beers and burgers. The restaurant offers a selection of good service, delicious dirty draught beer, fries, and popular dishes like the bison burger and chicken burger. Cocktails such as the Caesar cocktail are also available. Customers have enjoyed the cool, laid-back vibe, and the excellent beer selection, including an great Old Fashioned. Many dishes, including the steak, poutine tater tots, and the chicken burger made with thigh meat, have been praised for their taste and quality. The server/bartender, Logan, is known for his knowledge of the local scene. While some found the music a bit loud and the service sometimes inconsistent, the overall experience is positive.
