I regularly go to Java because their coffee is good and the sandwiches are great. However, today a waitress spilled a bowl of soup down my back and all over my $200 coat and all I was offered was paper towel. Not even an apology or a check in about whether I was ok. I appreciate that they are busy and things are stressful but this is bad service and incredibly disappointing.

Popped in for breakfast during a visit to Whitehorse in August. Had a breakfast sandwich, muffin and some.coffee. Food was delicious and the service was friendly and fast.
