Great sourdough bread and baguette. Delicious pastries. They master the art of lamination; the pastries e.g. croissants are so crunchy! Highly recommended.
We are germans, visiting Canada. And germans are very picky, when it comes to bread. Mostly we wouldn't even consider to call things bread.
By "accident" we bought a bread from landed bakehouse in a supermarket near Whitehorse. And that bread was absolutely perfect, even for us.

Grabbed a baguette and a croissant at the fireweed market yesterday while I was in town for work. The baguette was delicious, honestly perfect, but the croissant was transcendent. It's easily the best croissant I've ever had, and I'm still thinking about it 16 hours later. Don't miss an opportunity to stop by if you're looking for good bread in Whitehorse.

Picked up two sourdough baguettes at the fireweed market yesterday. As I am an amateur sourdough baker I have many failed sourdough baguette attempts. Landed Bakehouse baguettes, although a hybrid, are amazing. I can’t wait to receive my 1st order of fresh sourdough. With it being summer I don’t bake often and I appreciate Landed being in the Whitehorse community serving up sourdough passion!

Michael and the team do a consistently great job from scotch eggs and sausage rolls, through the massed ranks of sourdough breads to my own favourite the lemon curd tart with the gingerbread man. Fully recommended.
This bakery has a small range of delicious breads and pastries. Finding this place is like finding lost treasure. You have to keep your eyes peeled for the "LB".

We were able to stop here while in Whitehorse. Very yummy treats. The building does not look like a bakery at all and you have to go around to the back to get in. Apparently they had just gotten the sign for the outside of the building which will make it easy to see. But the treats were well worth it. My kids inhaled what they got.

It's very tasty and fresh but sooooo expensive 😅 we tasted the multi sourdough and the baguette. Nice and crispy 👌🩷
I wouldn't buy it every week, though 🤔 it's not accessible to everyone.
