I've never had a meal prepared correctly. Last experience, I don't think any toppings made it onto the burger, most of it was in the box, anywhere but between the buns.

“Hello, I’m Francisco Figueroa, a frequent customer of yours. I just went to make a purchase, as I’ve done many times before, ordering a Big Arch with fries. However, for the first time, I received very disrespectful service from the girl who served me at the window. She was rude when she told me that I would no longer be served with my e-bike, and she slammed the window shut without giving me a chance to respond to her rude comment or request sauces for my order. Your service is generally very good, except for this unfortunate incident. I hope this doesn’t happen again with individuals who don’t respect their customers.”

Not the cleanest McD's I've been to. Disappointed that couldn't get refill on coffee like all other McD's, but the attitude of the clerk, like I insulted her by asking was a bit dramatic for me. Otherwise, it's McD's, fast and standard food.

I’m really disappointed with McDonald's. This is the second time my order was incomplete, and this time they canceled one of my items without asking me first. It was around 4:45 AM, and it really disrupted my morning. I think the employee's name might have been Lea or Leena. I hope they improve their service, as I love their food but these issues are frustrating!

I went to McDonald’s last night and ordered a couple of things and proceeded to the window to pay.

There was a lady named ELENA at the window, she didn’t greet me at all, and was just holding the debit machine, I asked her if she could kindly add another junior chicken to the order and she blatantly and rudely refused by responding that “ why did you not order it at the display screen, there is a long lineup behind you and I won’t do it”.
There were literally like 2 or maybe 3 cars behind me.

Being a customer of McDonald’s for more than 5 years now, never have I ever encountered this situation where they can’t modify my order, once I’m at the window.

So I refused to pay at the first window and proceeded to the second window hoping to come across a manager. And then I said the same thing, please add another junior chicken to the order.

I was refused again and she said I can’t modify your order and it’s gonna take too long ( it takes less than 30 seconds to assemble a junior chicken) and then I asked if this was some sort of a new policy just to make sure I was not in the wrong for asking to add another sandwich to my order.

My query was ignored and on insisting repeatedly, the lady (and there was a guy) said okay, I can make you your sandwich.

The crew that I encountered were all filipino people and they were speaking their native language in front of me.
❗️The lady at the second window, while she was preparing my sandwich said “what a stupid guy” in filipino language, but lucky me, my girlfriend is filipino and she was sitting in the passenger seat and she translated it for me.?

Then I was asked to pay, and my total came to like 3.45$ and that didn’t make sense to me because I ordered a couple of things in addition to the junior chicken.

I asked the server where is my drink and the pies that I ordered, he said that I only have a junior chicken on my order.

It turns out in spite of this situation, the lady at the first window asked the crew to scratch my whole order, so it turns out all I paid was for my junior chicken.

Keep in mind, when I was first driving to the second window, I saw the server holding my fruit drink that I had ordered?.

This just made me absolutely furious and pissed me right off.

I asked for a refund and I drove away.

The whole point they were pretending to make was that there was a lineup (which there was not) and it was gonna take too long to make it. It’s funny that this whole incident and going back and forth took about 5 minutes and they could have just made my sandwich (30 sec) and I would have been a happy human.

Stupidity on a whole different level!!

Respect to all the night-timers out there, I hope mentioning a name and the time of the incident makes it easier to rule out the rotten apples and help improve the customer service. ?
It’s a small town we live in after all, not too many options for late night food.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but after multiple visits of not receiving the appropriate (or any) cutlery, and my experience today I felt inclined to. I ordered a poutine, and checked the bag upon receiving it to make sure there was a fork. There wasn’t, so I politely asked the lady at the second window for a fork. She looks at her manager behind her, and says to me “there is one in there.” I take the food and napkins out of the bag and offer for her to check, as I didn’t see a fork. The manager then comes closer behind the lady and stares at me… I offer again for them to look in the bag before they give me a fork….. I was honestly shocked because there was NO fork in the bag?! I am not trying to rip anyone off for wooden forks.
