Stopped in to order a double quarter pounder made like a big mac, have gotten it many times but for some reason the manager didnt believe me and said absolutely not! I found her rude and abrupt almost calling me a liar. Would not go back.

The most ordinary McDonald's. Sometimes the stand with the electronic menu loads poorly and freezes, I think this needs to be fixed.Also, sometimes the order is completed very slowly, since the kitchen is open, it is clear that the workers simply do not understand what to put where.There are many tables inside where you can sit and eat.It's always clean inside. The toilet is also clean, but the only negative is that the soap smells very bad (I assume that the soap has an antiseptic, which is why it stinks very much).

I was charged twice for the same purchase on my Debit Card. Royal Bank informed me that there might be a mistake. (Thank you RBC) I contacted your store 3 times now in the last 4 months to get this corrected. I have reached out to head-office as well. Each manager I talked to say the same thing. Sorry, we have no way of crediting your account. (First of all, there is no payment Gateway in North America, that I know of they won't let you credit a persons account when a credit is deserved. Next, I finally got a Manager to ask if I would be OK with a $40.00 Gift certificate. I finally relented. That was 3 months ago and still nothing. Here I am again wasting my time over a stupid $34.20. Its now very much about the principle of this fiasco and time I have spent. I finally received an email back from them that said I should call the store again? You have my phone number!!!! Use it.Plus, McDonalds Restaurant Canada, does not recognize the store number I have on the Interact charge of 776. So, you spend hours filling out a useless form that removes all data input when you can't get a store number.I don't like doing business like this and I am sure you don't like reading letters like this.
