2 burgers!!! That’s only thing i ordered!!! And I’m waiting for 10 mins. I think they forgot my order. I have worked in one of the Mcdonalds for 2 years in BC. I have never seen this attitude and this wait time. Sorry guys Im hungry!!! I’m editing this message to add one more thing, I waited all this time to get a soggy mc chicken

I appreciate that you only hire handicapped people at this location, they need jobs too, but the horrid food, horrid service, food poisoning, etc. make this a place that should be shut down. Nevermind hauling their frozen from the very back of Walmart and leaving it sitting because they only have 2 people on staff. No wonder people get sick from here. If it's not cross contamination from the even more handicapped walmart employees, it's definitely sitting in the temperature danger zone too long. But what do I know, my food safe overqualified me when I was job hunting. And the fact that it's now more expensive than real food is ridiculous. Almost 20 for a single mc food poisoning meal...

I asked for an ice water. The cashier refused saying I need to buy something first. This is the first time a fast food place ever refused to give me a cup of water. In fact when I worked at McDonald’s at a different location we used to give them out anytime anyone asked regardless if they ordered anything or not.

Ordered a grand Big Mac and confirmed my order at the window, but they gave me a plain burger (no toppings, just meat and bun). Simple mistake, no big deal. Asked for grand Big Mac with bacon again and manager told me to check the order on the screen when ordering. Yes, that’s why I checked at the window and confirmed my order because it wasn’t entered correctly. She gave me what was supposed to be a Big Mac with bacon, opened it down the road to find a plain Big Mac.. again… lol nasty. Threw it out. Go to the other McDonalds in town.

Rarely are orders correct.If you complain they say ‘did you look at the screen’ but the screen either goes by/ closes so fast you can’t see it or they’re still entering it after they tell you to pull forward.But it’s McDs, so I guess you just kinda expect that anyway

I went to McDonald’s with my friends and i ordered my food for takeout. Due to some reasons, we decided to dine in and we requested one employee, her name is CLAIRE that we will not do take out. Suddenly, her behaviour was changed and started to staring at us like we did something wrong. She started yelling at us and she was looking at us in very discriminatory way. This make us very uncomfortable and we left the McDonald’s. Her manager should have make her read the respectful workplace and customer policy so that everyone should be welcomed in McDonald’s.
