Absolutely abysmal service. 9 times out of 10 they are out of the item you want. Regularly takes 15+ minutes to get anything made. I recently ordered a drink from the drive through, and by the time I got to the pick-up window, they had sold out and tried offering me something different. I'm simply trying to use up my stars so I can never go hear again, and they aren't even making that easy. Easily the worst run Starbucks on the planet. And the employees need to wear their masks properly. I've been served so many times by people at this store with their nose out, or the mask around their chin.
From coffee, teas and cold drinks we came but it was late so they closed early due to this covid stuff to be had . We came back the next day and got our lunch and cold kiwi drinks best ever

I love going into Starbucks and the staff recognize me and even pronounce my name properly. Staff there are really fun people despite everyone being masked.
