We ordered first, but the people behind us got their order before we did. When we talked to the cashier to follow up, the man at the drive-thru suddenly interrupted and told us to go wait on the other side in a rude way.

It was a good experience at Starbucks! Staff were nice and I quite liked all the decorations. There was even a fireplace with some comfy chairs.

Stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes.
Sat in the drive thru for about 30 minutes today. Moved approximately two car lengths before we just left with no coffee. Waste of time and energy for our family. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better.
Two pretty grouchy staff members working at this location today. I generally find most Starbucks to be consistently quite nice.
Also fairly grubby inside this location.

This Starbucks is impressively consistently inconsistent. Regardless of if you dine in or use the drive thru, you will be waiting anywhere from 5-40 minutes. They sometimes mix up orders inside and you have to remind them 20 minutes later that you haven't gotten your drink.

I had a wonderful experience at the Chilkoot Starbucks in Whitehorse! I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch, and it was made perfectly—delicious and refreshing. What really stood out was the excellent service from the manager. They were friendly, professional, and made me feel truly valued as a customer. It's clear they care about both their team and customers. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming—definitely one of the best Starbucks visits I’ve had. Highly recommend this location!
