This Starbucks is impressively consistently inconsistent. Regardless of if you dine in or use the drive thru, you will be waiting anywhere from 5-40 minutes. They sometimes mix up orders inside and you have to remind them 20 minutes later that you haven't gotten your drink.
I had a wonderful experience at the Chilkoot Starbucks in Whitehorse! I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch, and it was made perfectly—delicious and refreshing. What really stood out was the excellent service from the manager. They were friendly, professional, and made me feel truly valued as a customer.
