Got a mobile order and they messed up such a simple sandwich!!!! This is the 3rd time its happened now.Your whole job is making sandwiches, go work somewhere else if you can't do that.
Go to subway on main! Better customer service and they actually get it right!

I placed a mobile order for a Veggie Patty sandwich, but was disappointed with the result. There was barely any sauce or toppings — it felt dry, and all I could really taste was the patty and bread. It’s the second time it’s happening and after this , I will have to think twice before ordering.

The whole store shuts down at 6pm so it’s impossible for most people to get dinner from there - incredibly frustrating!!! And I don’t think delivery is actually an option either….

Ordered through Subway app. Paid with Visa.Was called back and told they are not participating in app promotions. Order was canceled and money not returned to my credit card. Had to go through bank/vids to cancel payment. We were met with no customer service whatsoever and told "It doesn't bother us" when I said we would be taking our business else where.
