I'm so frustrated I don't even know where to being. I do doordash deliveries and this location by far has to be the worst I've ever been to when it comes to waiting time. I intially wanted to make a report to mangers or something but thought to start here I've consistently had to wait over 30 mins for the guy to make 2 subs for my customer, yeah 2 subs! or better yet when it comes to making orders for 2 separate orders, goodluck! It's better to just leave.

They’re never open on Sunday’s, even during busy tournaments but their website always says they are. It’s wildly frustrating when you’re counting on them for food and need to leave the complex to feed your family between games with no parking.

Subway has gotten very, very expensive. I was shocked and amazed to see a tip option on the payment terminal. Was this some kind of joke?I think I'll go to Boston Pizza next time. I can get a nice lunch item with a side for about the same price as foot-long sub from Subway.

It's a convenient location and the employees are usually friendly and do a great job. The fella behind the counter on today's visit seemed annoyed that I was there. The plexiglass causes an issue for hearing, especially if you have hearing issues like me, so I couldn't hear what he was saying, maybe the annoyance. Nonetheless, I was the only customer at the time, no line up behind me and plenty of time until closing. I know it's hard to find skilled, committed workers. Doesn't make it okay to be rude to customers who pay your wages tho.

Asked for a melt. Unbeknownst to me, that no longer exists in the system, but there was no comment about it from the attendant.When she rang it up? Over 20 dollars! For a sandwich that I've never paid more than 14 for. Because the melt isnt a thing, each ingredient was added as an add on!Never coming back, what a s***show.
