We ordered takeout so we can't speak to the service.The food was not pleasant for us. My shrimp and yam tempura smelled fishy and like it had passed its point of optimal freshness. It was more soggy than crisp as tempura should be. The beef bento box was just beef in rolls and then a pile of that same beef. It lacked flavour, colour, and "oompf."The miso and side salad were the most enjoyable parts of the meal for me.The price was very high, higher than most places we've dined at in the Yukon, so that contributed to the rating.

You need to tell people you are adding gratuity. I just tipped you guys 20% and then found out after that you already charged me a 16% gratuity. Dirty pool. Not cool. I should have noticed it at the door.

I used to order regularly from shuahiman. Today I ordered the Yakisoba and instructed to make it med spicy. Literally I could only taste the chilly flakes and it was too fiery. No normal person can have it. It is the second time this happened to me. First, I decided to be understanding as every time it won’t taste the same. Anyway, just wasted money .

When we enter no one seems to care and i was just sitting there for 10 mins.. The waiter saw me and doesnt seems to care although the restaurant is half empty... What kind of attitude they have...
