We accidentally ordered three Orange Pekoe teas by mistake and realized it right away. Within one minute, we went back to let them know and explained that it was an error on our part. In the past, they’ve also given us the wrong order a few times, but we never made a big issue out of it and still accepted it.
This time, however, even though we went back immediately, the manager was extremely rude and refused to help us. She told us we had to order and pay again, which felt very unfair. Good customer service should mean understanding and helping loyal customers, especially when mistakes happen on both sides.
Very disappointing experience — won’t be coming back here.

I always eat here for my lunch and they are always consistent of giving me quality food ,coffee and very good costumer service. All of the staff are so friendly, always smiling. One of my co worker in edge water hotel told me the same thing about the staff here. These kind of people need to be praised for their work ethic and dedication to their work.

On the plus side, the blackberry yuzu lemonade quencher was delicious and I may come back to try the wildberry one. But the hot chocolate was the worst I've ever had, with almost no sweetness to it, just vaguely chocolatey water so lava hot that you don't know it's awful until you're too far to get it fixed. Reading online, it sounds like the machine might have been clogged so it didn't dispense enough of the hot chocolate mix, which doesn't speak well of their cleaning practices if so.
