The drinks are all great. Food is good but portions are a little small
Places like this add to the character of Whitehorse! Awesome beer and food.
This was a great place for a Friday night meal. The smoked burger was a bit dry but the flavor was amazing. The beer was excellent, especially the apricot one. We also stopped in on Sunday for a quick drink, which was also great.
I had read that this was a must to experience in Whitehorse. Could not agree more!
Good beer, solid food, professional service
Yum. Good food. You may need reservations during high traffic times. Especially in summer months.
Hipster central for sure , tiny portions good beer if the waitress has time to bring you one
My wife ordered pasta that was under cooked and swimming in grease. The very small burger was very dry. The four side potato wedges were marginal. Poor food quality and very expensive.
Great place to eat and have a wonderful cocktail, wine or in house craft brew. Service is warm and friendly and always have a good time.
The location was great, and the look of the restaurant is very nice and rustic. Food was alright, nothing to write home about but also not bad. The chocolate cake dessert was amazing. The staff was kind and knowledgeable about the menu. Had the whiskey flight and it was very good.

The woodcutter is a place to have a drink and see and be seen if youre hip, upscale, and trendy or at least want to try and be into that. The menu is priced accordingly.
Drinks are great, that's definitely the attraction here. Good varied beer menu, great cocktails, good local whiskey flights.
Appetizer was so-so. Had what equated to hummus and crackers. Not really worth it.
Full menu is likely better.
Service was good during tourist season, which can be tricky at the "cool" places in Whitehorse.

The meatballs, al pastor tacos, and tamales, and house salad were great appetizers. The perogies in butter chicken sauce were a gamble that didn’t pay off. The jerk chicken sandwich and burger were ok but the corned beef sandwich was good. The chocolate cake and the flan were good, the sundae was mediocre. Solid restaurant, would go back.

Not very good service. It was pretty empty! Wouldn’t go back to be honest. We didn’t try the food

The food was excellent and the service was quick and attentive. We got a nice table by the window - and they had a special on that was an excellent deal! If you're looking for a quick pub fare hot meal on a cold day this place hits the spot!

There is a lot of delicious beer and there are both bar and table seats. It is recommended to make a reservation in advance on Friday-Saturday weekends.
