“This place is awesome! Best sandwiches with local ingredients and excellent service. Their baked goods are made in-house and always amazing. Easily the best lunch spot in/near Vancouver. A treasure!“

“Amazing homemade food. The family are really friendly. Very talented chef made me a hot pulled pork sandwich - just because I felt like it. Chicken and tumeric soup was also fantastic. Thank you.“

“This was our last stop before heading back to the mainland.Got here early so we could make the ferry. Great vibe. Breakfast sandwich they recommended was tasty. The baked goods were definitely their jam. The baked goods all looked scratch made. The brownie was top notch. The coffee was good but ask for a second shot if you are a coffee traditionalist.“

“Super cute spot. Great to grab something tasty before the ferry!!Tried the veggie and the bacon breakfast Sammie and they were fresh and delicious. Would have been 5 stars if the cheese was melted, but, that’s just me being picky. Cappuccino was fantastic too.“

“Loved the Zanzibar hot chocolate! It was lovely and rich with hints of orange flavours. It is served with a ginger spiced cupcake garnished with fresh fruit. Such an exotic hot chocolate. My husband and I both loved it.“

“Visiting from out of town and enjoyed this coffee shop several times! The atmosphere is fantastic - a buzz of activity every time we went. The second floor space is so welcoming and cozy for chat or study times! Carson was our barista and he was so friendly and upbeat! The food was delicious and the coffees/drinks were amazing!! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great coffee shop in the UBC area!“

“Honestly one of the best and cheapest cafes there is on campus! They have a very cute vibe, cozy study space, and fantastic food for a very low price! The hot entree I got is only $5, and I can't recommend it enough especially if you are a UBC student :)“

“Located in the center of Horseshoe Bay, Seaside Village Cafe is a great place to stop by after a hike at Lighthouse Park, before or after a ferrt ride, or just after a mid morning cruise. Run by a lovely mother and daughter duo, this adorable little cafe serves delicious and healthy sandwiches, bold coffee, and sweet desserts. We had a black forest ham sandwich, turkey sandwich, carrot cake, banana cake, white chocolate latte, and a regular latte. Everything was delicious as always!“

“The coffee is great, the service is good, the view is amazing. A beautiful building and right over the water. Easy place to watch the boats come and go. I had a cinnamon bun —- there are much better cinnamon buns out there… but this coffee shop is worth a stop and is waaaay better than any “

“This was the first time I tried rose tteokbokki and it tasted absolutely amazing!! I tried to find other places for tteokbokki but so far, this is definitely my go to place. It's also a really great place to study and not too crowded (every time I've gone). The only downside is that when I tried to order for take out, I found the packaging not really too great, as it was in a thin plastic container with a un-resealable plastic cover. If you're unable to finish or hope to get take out, I suggest bringing your own tupperware!“

“My absolute favorite is the chia hot chocolate and signature hot chocolate. They are incredibly flavorful, striking the perfect balance between rich taste and sweetness. The chia hot chocolate has a delightful twist, while the signature hot chocolate is simply outstanding. Both are wonderfully satisfying without being overly sweet.“
