Nice cozy place with very nice people, not just the staff, patrons as well. Incredible snacks, great hot/cold drinks of several types. The washrooms are also kept clean. There is also tables set up outside to enjoy the sunshine on nice days.Two thumbs up! ? ?Ps: The Carrot ? Cake ? is the best I've ever tasted.

I had a wonderful experience at Serious Coffee in downtown Nanaimo. The prices were reasonable, and the service was top-notch. The baristas were friendly and attentive, making sure I had the perfect cup of coffee. The cozy atmosphere is perfect for enjoying a delicious coffee and a tasty snack. Serious Coffee is THE best coffee shop I've been to. The staff are amazing people. Friendly and great service. Amazing atmosphere and overall exceeded my expectations.
