This hand made gourmet gelato with lots of interesting and unique flavours - even for those who are vegan! Definitely worth a stop! You can even get pints or have them delivered! “I just paid $7.50 for a medium-sized cold coffee and they want to charge an additional $1.75 for one pump of vanilla. who can afford that and how can u afford the tip. wow expensive and I prefer cold McDonald's coffee.“

“Whenever we are travelling I always look for places to eat or have coffee that are above average.Bocca Cafe was rated high when doing a google search when looking for the best Nanaimo bars in Nanaimo and so we went and we’re not disappointed.We ordered the salted, peanut and regular Nanaimo bars to share with friends and they were all delish.Would recommend.“

“Original Post Early 2023We went to Milano’s two weeks ago and we were disappointed. We have been there dozens of times but this time it was terrible.The special was very small portioned along with the calamari appy was cold and was the smallest portion I have seen for the place. At $16 it added up to almost a dollar a piece. The chicken was advertised as two pieces of breast meat but I didn’t expect them to slice one small breast in half and call it two. I also don’t like the fact they charge the MSP tax even though they have raised their prices and made the portions smaller.It is time to find a new favorite restaurant.Update April 2024We have given them another chance and they have returned to the top of our restaurant list in Nanaimo. We have been back twice now and are very happy with them again.“

“Me & my partner had our dinner here at terminal avenue. Upon seing yang chou fried rice we were happy since we came from singapore. We ordered ramen soup & yang chou fried rice and it is savoury and very delicious. They have big portions as well & were so full. The place is clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We'll be back for sure to try other food. Thanks for the delicious meal.“
