“The BEST service I've ever had from any Starbucks, extremely nice staff even giving me and my gf drink recommendations that were very good actually. The place seemed very well kept and is close to the water so that added to the overall experience. There also was a miscommunication with my drink and i feel like it was handled really well by staff.“
“Great Coffee . A Grande latte with two extra shots is ten bucks after a tip .. unbelievably I used to go here every day . No wonder I'm not a millionaire now , lol . I didn't mean to say that the service was a three . I hit it accidentally and couldn't get it back . The service was great . However I'm still lamenting the ten bucks .“
“I don't remember her name but she has purple hair which made me remember her more since she was really friendly and was always smiling, she made sure that I got my drink on time while making sure to serve other people. Though there was a staff that was standing around and seems like was doing nothing while the other girl was doing everything. Food was okay and the service was incredible, though I came during the night which seems slow but when I come during the morning to get my coffee it usually takes 10-15 minutes to get it which was odd since its suppose to be faster in the morning. Recommend going to other cafes to get your coffee when you're in a rush“

“Love how efficient this Starbucks is. Most Starbucks locations are pretty fast but this one is not as busy or crowded so it's really easy to order and then pick up in 5 minutes. Located in the covered parkade where Canadian Tire is, plenty of parking.“
“This was a while ago, but I wasn’t sure if I should try the Oleato oat latte when it was new. The cashier Amy was very friendly and honest, admitting it’s not her favourite but many people have been returning to order it. I ordered it to try, but she comped it seeing my hesitation about the price and the olive oil! (This was probably an approved action across SB to promote the drink, but was really nice of her!).This location always get super busy during rush hours but they do a great job keeping up, remaining polite. One time they forgot to heat up my food and I was hesitant going back due to the crowd, but they did it for me right away and was nice about it.“
“Excellent baristas that are attentive and fast, didn't take me long after moving here to be recognized as a regular, and although I don't hold establishments to those kinds of standards I certainly appreciate it.If any mistakes are made, they are immediately rectified upon bringing them up.Wheelchair accessibility: This establishment is wheel-chair accessible, just watch out for hasty drivers making their ways around.“
“Was a bit busy during Sunday afternoon, but cashier was friendly and seemed to like being at her job. Barista was super-friendly and, most importantly, made my drink properly! Both staff members SMILED. I am not being facetious. This is generally not the norm these days for service people, unless tips are expected.Bravo for selecting really great staff at this location!“
“The girls that were working the morning of March 7th were absolutely wonderful! I mistakenly did a mobile order to the wrong store, I was completely mortified at my mistake. Without hesitation they both remade my drink and food order. Both girls were so kind and understanding. I wish I got their names to give them credit.“

“My flight schedule was almost midnight. And so I decided to stop by Starbucks to perk me up before boarding. The lady attending to me was friendly and nice. Upon ordering you need to tell them the sugar level to be added and if your lactose tolerance. Service was fast. Store is conveniently located across an array of dining seats. I recommend this place to fellow Starbucks coffee ☕️ travellers.“
“I went to the T&T in Vancouver in Chinatown. This place was really cool! The water tanks with fresh fish, shellfish, and crabs was nothing like you'd see in the US. I tried their hot bar. It's a weighted system so you pay by what you get. Everything was good! I tried the cabbage, fried rice, different kinds of chicken, and vegetables. I spent about $18 CAD.“
