They also have a variety of delicious baked products. As an avid coffee drinker, I loved the robust taste of freshly brewed coffee. You get your money’s worth. The staff is great, fast and friendly.“

“River Road is a very nice small Brazilian restaurant located at a kind of remote area of Richmond. The restaurant has the same vibe as family owned restaurants in Brazil, very chill. I’ve tried most of their snacks and they are really good. I really love their esfihas, and French bread which are hard to find. They also sell a variety of frozen snacks that are just as good.“

We ordered the pandan crepe rolls, pandan coconut and layered jelly, mango dessert cup, and ginger tea made fresh.All the desserts were flavourful, and we were pleasantly surprised by the little tableside show that the ginger tea milk tea came with. The sponge cake is super soft and the cream is not too sweet (if you know, you know). The fruit used is super fresh and the cake was made to order on the day of.The amazing staff who helped us on the day of pick up was definitely sweeter than the cream on the cake. “Try the Colombia Granja Paraiso! It tastes like lychee juice to me. It's one my most favourite coffee's I have ever tasted. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly.Recommended if you enjoy single origin pour overs. If you prefer milk drinks, the latte is very solid as well.They also sell various coffee equipment and accessories at a very reasonable and competitive price“

“We had breakfast on a Monday morning:- 10am and there were people waiting in line. Good thing there were still a few empty 2-seaters available. Just party of 3 or more need waiting.- Surprisingly good service for HK-style restaurants. Waitresses asked if we need this or that even before we opened our mouths. Not just one waitress but two of them being extremely helpful and exceptionally polite. Very surprised.- Portion size is small in North American standard but considerably more than restaurants in Hong Kong. Taste is Hong Kong authentic.- Price is fair. $14.95 for a small Beef Brisket Noodle 牛腩米線 + Soy Sauce Chow Mein 豉油王炒麵 + hot coffee. $15.95 for Ham & Cheese Omelet 芝士蛋奄力 + French Toast 西多士 + Satay Beef Macaroni 沙爹牛肉通粉 + hot coffee. But if you factor in how much work need to cook these, then price is considered expensive.- All other restaurants in the plaza close on Mondays. Maybe that's why Van Tea was full when we arrived at 10am Monday morning.“

Their spare ribs are so juicy, waffle with deep fried cod and poached egg is so good, Granny's clam chowder is extra yummy with the fresh bread. We also enjoyed their fresh brewed organic coffee, with hot milk and cream. Smart and courteous staff marks a great experience at the restaurant. We'll definitely visit again!“

They have plenty of food to offer from wraps to sandwiches to pastries. I ordered the chicken pesto wrap. It's good sized. I like it. Lots of coffee choices too. Staff is friendly. Place is clean. There's plenty of parking space as well.“
