“It was a great experience. We celebrated my birthday there. We ordered 3 broths, the Tom Kha one was our favorite. The onion broth was sweet. The fish and tofu one was oily and spicy. We ordered the surf and turf which consisted of seafood and meat. We also got abalone and Squid. There was a robot to deliver our food. At 7pm there was a mask man dancing. We had fun cooking our food. We recommend this awesome restaurant.“

“Fast friendly service, food was cooked just right And was hot. We were sitting underneath a music speaker which was rather loud, So I did ask if they could turn it down which they did immediately. I like go to Denny’s, menu is a good variety , especially for thee we over 55.“

“River Road is a very nice small Brazilian restaurant located at a kind of remote area of Richmond. The restaurant has the same vibe as family owned restaurants in Brazil, very chill. I’ve tried most of their snacks and they are really good. I really love their esfihas, and French bread which are hard to find. They also sell a variety of frozen snacks that are just as good.“

“Steveston Pizza has been my one and only go to pizza place for years now and I still enjoy it just as much as the day I first discovered them. I have since moved to Alberta and Steveston Pizza is a MUST stop spot when I come home to visit. A trip home to BC isn’t complete without at least 1 trip to eat there. The owner truly is an artist, one who in my opinion, has perfected his art.“

“Great little mom and pop place.Best chicken in the lower mainland IMHO ?Better than , Kfc, Popeye's and Mary Brown's.It isn't greasy, the spicy is great as is the gravy.Prices are good too, $27 for 5 pc chicken, fries a, gravy and 2 pops after tax.I get this often when coming back to my hometown of Steveston.There are a few spots to sit and eat inside but there are plenty spots outside at little parks or near the water.“

“What a wonderful experience.Never had Persian cuisine, nor did I know what to look for or expect. A parking spot opened up right up front while looking for another restaurant. Had seats open and the menu looked intriguing. Ventured in and fell in love.A couple lovely families enjoying their evening when I was seated, normal family friendly atmosphere. Full of laughter and joy. Soon everyone else had left and I enjoyed the whole place to myself. I got to experience a few firsts.The lamb shank was cooked perfectly, only needed my fork to pull apart what didn't fall off the bone.The rose lemonade was out of this world.Their eggplant appetizer and crispy soft pillowy bread was unlike any bread I have had before. “Very tasty ramen. Soup base tends to be creamy; beware if your stomach doesn't do well with that. Great prices. Just not good for big parties as their big tables are very limited, e.g. 1 or 2 depending on arrangement.Parking: Very difficult to find a parking spot in that area“

“Lots of choices for meat substitutes! You can try all sorts of classic Chinese meals here knowing that it's all meat-less. I tried the beef noodle soup, pan fried radish cakes and veggie buns, all pretty good overall. The price is also quite affordable. For those who have not visited before, this place is located in the food court of Presidents Plaza. If you go into the undercover parkade next to Yaohan Centre, just enter through the parkade on the 2nd floor and you'll see the food court. The food court is very busy though and packed tight so it's difficult to find a seat.“

“This is hands down my favourite Poke spot!! Ingredients are always super fresh and I love that they have detailed nutritional facts - I don't know any other Poke spot that has this. They have an cute app too and you get a free bowl if you collect enough points. :)“

“Food was fantastic as usual. Service was a bit slow even when it wasn't particularly busy. Atmosphere is awful when there are unruly kids as it seems to attract that type of parent. The parents seem to put the kids as far away from the adults (and there were plenty of empty tables. Takeout!Kid-friendliness: Kids can do whatever they please. They were running around when we were there. Staff didn't say anything.“

“I had a lovely lunch of Assorted Oden at Gyo-O recently. It was a simple meal, but Oden isn't something that I see often around here so I was very happy to be able to order it at Gyo-O. There's another restaurant in Richmond that's supposed to specialize in Oden, and I had tried it one time but found it quite disappointing. While there was a wide variety of Oden to choose from, we weren't very impressed with the food when it arrived at our table. Oden is meant to be a hot wintertime stew but the broth that was served with our oden was not at all hot.This Oden at Gyo-O was much better. The broth was hot as it should be, and the size of the food was impressive. The tofu and daikon were both massive! Such humungous chunks of tofu and daikon. I'd had Oden in Japan not too long ago, and the daikon there was also huge. This daikon at Gyo-O was quite comparable in size. Possibly slightly larger even. If I have a craving for Oden, I don't think I'll bother searching for any other place in Vancouver to have it. I'll come straight to Gyo-O again!My friend was with me and she ordered a Tendon bento box. She said the rice texture was a bit off, and ended up pouring soup over her rice to moisten it. “Very good place for izakaya and sushi as they have a good variety of skewers, sushi rolls, appetizer, and some specialty dishes.The mentaiko rice was very flavorful, creamy and we would definitely order this again. The ton Ttoro and shiso chicken were juicy and had a nice charcoal taste. The beef tongue and chicken gizzard were good too, they had a hint of the charcoal fire taste and my wife liked them.The imperial roll was good as the salmon was fresh. The salmon was velvety soft and not like firm wlike when it's been on the fridge for too long.We also got the garlic butter clams as an additional dish because if we just ate skewers, our bill would have been huge. LolThe service was great. They came around and filled our tea so often that our cup was always full. Whenever we needed something, they were there. The food came out quick and when it got very busy, they did advise that the skewers may take longer as they can only make so many at a time.The parking lot isn't too big and it fills up quickly but we were lucky and got a spot right away.“

“My first time trying their sandwiches and they did not disappoint. My coworker brought me here and we both ordered the Samson with egg and Parmesan chips. Everything is so fresh and the flavors all blend together so well that nothing overpowers anything else. Well done guys, I'll be stopping by again“

“I enjoyed my visit to Richmond's Fuggles Beer. A fun brewery with good tasting craft beers, bar games, shuffleboard, foosball table, movie night, video game night, patio seating, outside covered seating and interesting decor. I enjoyed my visit, beer, clean facilities and friendly staff. I heard they run community events like pet adoption days and food trucks. I recommend you check it out.“

“They have so many interesting and delicious treats. Puffs and croissants with special flavours that we have never had elsewhere. The only problem is that every time my husband brings back baked treats from this cafe, there’s a bite missing (pretty sure it’s from him?)“

“Ordered dinner one night and because we had accumulated enough points we were able to get 5 items for the price of four. The chicken Alfredo pasta was delicious. The cheese bread was piping hot and very good. Of course the chicken with cheese and tomatoes is always flavourful as was the BBQ chicken pizza. The finishing touch to our delicious dinner were the chocolate lava cakes. So good. Thank you for a wonderful meal on such a cold night. 5 ⭐️“

“At the airport in Richmond BC ordered Cod fish &chips out standing I had wished I had ordered 2 pieces of cod well next time.“

“We made a reservation for dinner on Apr 22nd because we went the weekend before and it was 1 1/2 hour wait. The food was really good but small portions. We booked for 5:30pm and left at 8pm and not by choice. We took our 7 year old. His food came within about 20-30 minutes. While we got our miso, edamame and salad one at a time, It took over an hour to get our BBQ meat, and longer to get our bowls of rice. 2 1/2 hours to get our bill (with me stopping someone to ask for the bill). Our son was super excited to cook meat but was getting upset with all the waiting. Quite honestly, the 2 adults with him were too. But I would give it a try again because the food was good“
