“I go here at least 3 times a week and the staff are so friendly! They all know me and they remember my order and name every time! Never have had a wrong order, always had great customer service, and always have had great conversations with the staff members! They always have great coffee and great selections of small sized snacks!“

“I love this starbucks. The staff in the morning is so friendly. One girl remembers my name and greets me as soon as I walk through the door. I love that.....puts a smile on my face before work. I don't drink coffee but I get the spinach feta wrap or egg bites when I ho and they are delicious. I also order through the app and it's always ready when it says it will be.“

It’s usually quite busy at this location and, while there’s seating inside, there are also tables and chairs just outside the café, too, which, on a nice day is pleasant to watch the Avenue.Fabulous cappuccino yesterday, good and strong, and pretty quick service.“

“The space is relatively small, with four (4) small 2-person tables as well as some additional outdoor seating. Two of the tables are right next to power outlets, and the WiFi is great, so if you need to do some work on a laptop it's a nice spot if there's available tables. I was there from 11:00 am - 2:15 pm on a Monday and the only time that all the indoor seating was occupied was right at the beginning after I arrived, but by the time I received my order a couple spots had opened up.Parking: The Tillicum mall parking lot is right outside and ensures plenty of available parking.Dietary restrictions: They have options for milk alternatives available.“

I wanted to clarify that Songhees and Esquimalt are lək̓ʷəŋən. W̱SÁNEĆ includes Tsartlip, Tsyecum, and Tsawout, who speak the SENĆOŦEN language.So perhaps the land acknowledgment could be corrected to reflect the shared territories of W̱SÁNEĆ and lək̓ʷəŋən people, and their respective communities.“

“I'll be coming back to Cook Street Village! It's a long way from Langford; Cook Street Village is my ol' stomping grounds when I was younger. Close proximity to Beacon Hill Park & Clover Point are the main reason I love this particular Starbucks! I walk everyday & everywhere; I usually get my cold brew/ Iced Tea of my choice and walk all the way down to Dallas Road. The walk down to Ogden Point and the Lighthouse may seem long and enduring. There are great ways to enjoy your experience. I must share that my secret is gifting yourself a gift card and loading $! “I am semi regular customer at this location they remember my extra complicated drink that takes an extra breathe to order as well as my friend who is in a old folks home down the street from their store. Some of the staff were at another location that I frequented in the recent past and have treated me well at both locations. In all this is a great location to be recognized at I feel like Norm from Cheers when I get there.“
