“I'm munching on their Crispy Ban Ban chicken with signature sauce as I type this. First time here tonight and Kayla took care of me. The options are many and I was too hungry to make any decisions so I just asked her to hook me up, and she did not disappoint!! Wish I knew of this place sooner, I'll be coming back over and over. Thanks Kayla“

“Nice little gem we recently found. Place was clean & inviting and one of the cooks did a great job explaining the menu to us. We ordered the cheese Katsu meals and the portions are perfect! Really enjoyed the salad and dressing that topped it. Bowl of miso and rice were the perfect touch to complete the meal. Cheese katsu was amazing and the food was hot and fresh and the service was great. Definitely going to put this on our list of "places to return to"“

“I came to hungry bull dog restaurant in diamond bar and it was soo good. I ordered a few dishes like the k style corn dog with pepper jack cheese and sausage, katsu with side of curry, bulgogi beef bulldog bowl, and lastly.. the kimchi fried rice. “The food was amazing and presented with a good value. I was most impressed by The Galbi-jjim as well as the banchan with the dotori muk or acorn jelly noodle. Very fresh meat, good portions for sharing. I loved the bright lights, colors, and the giftshop.Dietary restrictions: Please note that some of the soups have shellfish in addition to the listed ingredients.Parking: The parking lot is completely free behind the gas station and there won't be no problems.Kid-friendliness: Sharing is not a problem the kids also can share from the combo grill plates. Plenty of non-alcoholic drinks are available to order.“

“Had an amazing night at Hanshin Pocha, exploring modern twists on Korean street food. The cheesy Mandu and spicy Tteokbokki were highlights, alongside the crispy Yangnyeom chicken. The Tomato Sauce Gyeran Mari, a fluffy omelette in tomato sauce, was a standout. Paired with cold beer and soju, it made for a memorable experience. Definitely a spot worth visiting for a fun and flavorful evening! Join me on IG @hotbuthungryasianguy for more delicious finds! Until next time, cheers!“

“Omma’s is solid for a quick bite. They’re always on point and will throw in the potato salad if you ask. This is a once a week visit for me and my family. If we don’t go in person at Ari Rang Tofu House, this is the place to go when we do takeout.“

“First time coming here, good food and great service. My mom could be a bit of a Karen but the cashier was so nice, patient and answered all my moms questions. I didn't get his name but he was the cashier with black glasses. The food was very good and he make great recommendations. 10/10 experience The pictures look a bit of a mess but that's cause we tore it up fast. The chicken was crispy and juicy, a lot of fast food places have fatty chicken, not this place. Fries are bomb like mc Donald's minus the grease“

“Was heading to The Habit Burger for dinner when stumbled across this place and decided to try it out. We ordered the tikkudak garlic soy tenders, Cole slaw and corn cheese. Everything was so good. The wings still maintained some crisp despite the sauce, and the sauce wasn't too overpowering. The Cole slaw was one of the best I've ever had. Corn cheese had maybe onion or some sort of spice cooked along with it that gave it a unique flavor and some dimension. Will be coming back!“

“As per....always fuegs...the galbi w/cheese. Muah!!! Can't go wrong. Also had tteok (rice cakish?) , potatoes , carrots, onions and a few other things lol. For 3 ADULTS lol we were full!. Also banchan was fire. Kimchi is on point for us. 2 other ones as well. Some kind of slightly spicy/sweet scallions and I think radish kimchi both were yum as well. We're definitely gonna get it hotter next time. We only got medium?!“

“This place was amazing. We came it with a group of 10, and we got set up with a table right away. They got our orders quickly, and then appetizers and food came out just as quick. However, the food was probably the best Korean fried chicken I have had in a long time. The sauce flavors were delicious, chicken was crunchy. Definitely have to try Korean BBQ , Lemon Pepper (dry), and the Sweet Chili Wings. Even the Bulgogi Pizza was great. Great little hole in the wall spot. Will have to come backWheelchair accessibility: It's a dive in location off the strip of the downtown location. Entrance is level with sidewalk, so wheelchair can roll right it, and there are a couple tables that can be set up with wheelchair seating. I can not vouch for the restroom as I did not check.“

“It's been 6 months since I came to America...I really wanted to eat soy sauce..Although it was recommended by many Koreans, I had never eaten it in Korea. It's on my tongue! “King Chang left an indelible mark with its exceptional service and culinary prowess. The dedication to customer satisfaction was evident from the moment we stepped in, even amidst the Saturday night rush. The servers went above and beyond, exhibiting attentiveness and kindness that elevated the entire dining experience. It's rare to find such a perfect balance of efficiency and warmth. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the large intestines, surpassing the small ones in both flavor and texture. The meticulous preparation showcased a culinary expertise that set King Chang apart. Each bite was a journey through rich and savory notes, leaving an undeniable impression. The smaller combo, designed for 2 to 3 people, proved to be ample, catering to varying appetites. The variety of Korean side dishes provided a delightful symphony of flavors, and the soybean paste stood out as a star among stars. Its depth of flavor added a distinctive touch to the meal. As a connoisseur of Korean cuisine, I can confidently say that King Chang serves the best intestines in town, a true gastronomic delight. I eagerly anticipate my return to savor more culinary treasures from their menu and to bask in the warmth of their impeccable service. King Chang is undoubtedly a gem in the realm of Korean dining, deserving of accolades for its outstanding offerings and commitment to culinary excellence.“

“Fun pocha in OC! Haus is our go to spot for a night out. The wait time can be hit or miss. They have a lot of tables so its usually not too bad. Service is always great and food is decent. They have a lot of cute decorations and even a photo booth with props. The servers are super nice and and they even have a label maker to make personalized soju bottles (not sure if they still have this)! They give a little boat of popcorn as a snack when you sit down. Our favorites to order are the watermelon and friend squid legs. The watermelon is super refreshing and balances out the greasiness of the squid. Great choice for a night out!“

“The rose spicy rice cake is indeed very pasta-like, very fragrant and delicious?? The kimbap is very refreshing and small, but the portion is sufficient. The best thing is the sauce that comes with it. The mustard flavor is super refreshing, and I am amazed at one bite. “After success with the jajiang noodles, I had to try the stall right next door. Inside the fantastic Hmart market, is Kazu Mori. I’d say Katsu is there specialty with pork and chicken. I had the pork tonkatsu with curry. Huge portions and so good. I actually thought I was a bit pricey bit after I saw the quality and portions, I reconsider. Also, not a Bricks and mortar saves a bit.I think the key is to get a bunch of people and order two or three items from each stall. The choice are fantastic.“

“Hidden gem in Monrovia. If you're looking for some good Korean food in the 626, look no further! KBop is located in a small shopping plaza on Huntington Drive. I recently saw a food blogger on IG post about KBop and I had bookmarked them as a place to try.I've been tricked by IG reviews before, so I decided to do some homework on Yelp before trying it and the reviews were good. So, I placed my order via their website for pick up. I got food for me and my parents. The food was ready when I got there and the staff was friendly. Condiments and utensils were in the bag and ready to go. I ordered 3 KBop bowls with different proteins/rice for each person, an order of the KBop fries with the spicy pork and an a la carte order of the boneless wings (Soy Garlic). The bowls are huge and can pass for multiple meals. The chicken/beef was nicely flavored and very tender. The egg on KBop bowls didn't travel well - the yolk cooked all the way thru by the time I got back home. The fries also didn't travel well. The spicy pork had a nice kick to it, not too spicy, but just enough.A couple days later, my mom asked "Can you go get that Korean Chicken for dinner again?" She must've REALLY liked it to ask for it again. Can't say no to mom right? So this time around, I the 3 KBop bowls and 2 orders of the a la carte wings (Soy Garlic & the Sweet Chile). Both flavors are very good. Will be making this spot a regular on the rotation -“

“Actually really surprised at the quality of the food and how pleasant the service is. Definitely doesn't feel like a bar outside of the look and the music. Oddly enough, my kids love the whole Korean fried chicken and asked to eat it again lol. The bulgogi fries are fr fire though. We've also ordered the squid legs (which my kids love as well) and the seafood pasta which is a generous portion and pretty darn good.“

No more Colima Burger :( So I looked on yelp and scrolled down till I came upon Country Chicken & Taco Frank was nice and explained the menu... I would say pre order is best because it takes about 15-20 minutes ... they're delicious , we got the buffalo , garlic sauce, tacos , mozzarella sticks , Fries .. my family loved it all. “Parking: Very easy even on a Saturday/ Sunday brunch day. I would say to come early to check in on their Yelp waitlist in case their place get's especially busy. If you order all these dishes with a group of 4 people, this will fill you up. Banana Latte: Tasted more of the latte than the banana. Gamberry Rose Pasta: Don't play with the spicy level. It's not death spicy but it's a bit like Shin Ramen spicy. Would not recommend this dish for my non tolerant spicy people. Pasta is wonderful though, sauce was like uni cream, there were bits of masago (tiny fish eggs) to add a nice texture, 2-3 regular shrimp and a jumbo shrimp in the dish. Beet Tataki Salad: Would highly recommend for anyone! The beef was cooked so well, medium rare on the inside and the outside sliced edges were really crispy! Salad was refreshingly and dressed well with their vinaigrette, tomato, and shredded cheese. Gambas: Not my favorite dish. The sliced bread was presented in the skillet so bottom portion of the bread was overly greasy. There was too much olive oil at the bottom of the pan than necessary. Toasted whole garlic and olives, I think the only redeemable feature of the dish would be the shrimp.“

“I can't believe that I didn't write a review for A Ri Rang Tofu House because I've been there many times. It's still my go-to for Korean tofu soup. It's located in a busy strip mall so parking is an issue. Luckily we got a space downstairs at busy dinner time. It was windy and chilly that night so the restaurant was full when we got there. We waited about 10 minutes and we got our table. Their prices are not cheap and they increased a lot in recent years. We ordered the combo C8 (rice with assorted vegetables and beef in the hot stone pot plus a seafood tofu soup ($28.99), S4 Grilled teriyaki chicken ($26.99), and S8 Rabokki (rice cake, fish cake, ramen noodles, vegetables with spicy sauce) for ($18.99). The restaurant also offers side dishes (banchan) for free and you can ask for refills. The banchan was very addictive and we all liked the potato dish, broccoli, seaweed, and kimchi, etc. Service was okay that night maybe they were too busy. The Grilled teriyaki chicken was tender but the portion was smaller than before and the chicken meat was cut into small pieces. I still like my bibimbap hot stone rice but I wish the seaweed was more crispy and the beef was not cut into those tiny pieces though. My daughters like their rice cake dish but they could not finish it. Overall it was delicious and it was satisfying to have hot Korean food on a chilly night.“

“For the record, this place is not all you can eat. Price is definitely on the higher side of Korean BBQ. However, the food and the service you get are definitely worth the trip. The food is cooked by your server, and they will ask you how you want your meat cooked. The side dishes are delicious. My favorite is the sauce they give you for the BBQ. The only thing that may deter you from going to this restaurant is the long line during peak hours.“

“BBQ Chicken in Rowland Heights is the best Korean fried chicken spot of all the franchises in the area! Their wings are so big, so juicy, and always served fresh out of the kitchen! I tried out this other chicken spot off Instagram that left me disappointed so I had to come here to properly fix my cravings. The cheesling fries are to die for! I also like how bb.q chicken has interesting flavors that other places don't offer such as their Gangnam style, Galbi, or secret sauce. Yes, their prices are a little higher than competitors but it's well worth it in my opinion. Come to bb.q Chicken Rowland Heights if you love chicken!20/25“

“The best service I've seen at a Shabu place!I'm allergic to peanuts and eggs, which most Shabu places I've found have not been very accommodating. But Miss Shabu has the most friendly staff as they wrote on the menu notes on what foods I'm allergic to and which ones are good. They were very efficient with setting up our table of 16 and were flexible when we had less people than expected. The food was really good for a decent price. For dinner and drinks and tea, we spent about $50 and got 2 different soup bases, had many different types of sides, and plates on top of plates of meat. Definitely recommend this Shabu place if you were looking for one in Buena Park.“
“A hidden gem in Diamond Bar!!! And they actually open until 10pm. For Diamond Bar standards that's pretty late. We love Tofu Bean - Diamond Bar. This Tofu Bean is owned by the same great owner of the Tofu Bean of Rowland Heights. Their Banchan (side dishes) are the best. The potato side dish and kimchi are my favorites. When you order a combination, the tofu soup is the same size as the regular tofu soup orders. Check them out - I highly recommend.“

“Food was amazing, it was quiet and mostly empty when I went. There was a moment nearing the end of my meal when a Karen came in and sat herself, and started to hassle the server over mistranslation of words (from Japanese to English) so she yelled at them and stormed out. Either way, dinner and a show. And a complimentary miso soup would go back again for sure. Service 10/10“

“Wow, Bonjuk and Bibimbap is awesome! My only regret is not knowing about this place sooner. I can see why it’s one of the most popular chains from Korea. The restaurant was clean and modern looking inside, and the food was phenomenal. It was a healthy, lighter option compared to some other spots in the area. Our server was also super nice.We ordered the mushroom + bulgogi bibimbap and seafood pancake. Both were absolutely delicious, and I look forward to coming back again soon. The chicken ginseng soup was also very healing and tasty! There was some dates, rice and green beans in it which was a nice touch.“
“It's good not your typical Korean BBQ. First, the prices are very reasonable. Enclosed but open air on the golf course, kind of like a large patio, so it does not get too smoky like a regular k-bbq restaurant. Banchan side dishes are good quality and well prepared, place is clean and airy. Excellent service, good quality meat, and larger than average portions for the price. Definitely worth a try if in the mood for Korean bbq!“

“First visit today. First review: 5 of had lunch after church today. My friend picked this place and I was eager to try.PORK CUTLET. One of the best pork cutlets I've ever had! The pork cutlet was flakey and crispy on the outside, yet juicy and tasty on the insides. Tender, not tough. It's definitely one the 3 top dishes to order. So many different sauces. One of my favs. The most popular was the JOKBAL: Pork feet and hock slices. It's a large dish. Very unique. Must try with a large group (4 to 6 people.)And lastly 2 different soups. Galbitang: Beef short rib soup with glass noodles. The noodles were nice snd chewy. And the other one was the milky one. Also good on a cold day.The service staff spoke fluent Chinese and English. Interesting that I didnt hear any Korean spoken. Im sure the staff are multilingual at this Korean restaurant. Good service.Parking: Limitrd street parking on Baldwin, but plenty of free parking behind the restaurant.“

“The food is good and I recommend to go here with friends cause the food portions are pretty big. They also serve ice cream after, and the waiters/waitresses are very kind. One thing to keep in mind is that you're not allowed to bring outside drinks/food. The interior has a rusty yet cozy feel to it, and they play K-pop music on speakers even though it isn't that audible. This place is still enjoyable though.“
