“I am in the mood for fried chicken today so I dragged my friends to Krispy Krunchy Chicken for an adventure. I have prepared them in advance that KKC is inside a gas station but we were still surprised to see not one but two eateries inside the food mart. It was quite interesting to see KKC on one side and a Mexican kitchen on the other. The sign outside says 7-11 is coming soon. Can't wrap my head around on how that will rearrange things here. By the way, it is now a Shell station, not a Valero as shown in an older picture.Chicken is the most important thing to me when I come to a chicken joint. True to its name, KKC chickens are crispy, crunchy, juicy, slightly spicy, and full of flavor. I didn't ask for cajun seasoning but that's what I got. I don't think they have plain or mild chicken even if you ask. Personally I like spicy chicken so it works for me, except I would have preferred even spicier seasoning, but that's what hot sauce is for, I suppose.Since there is no table or bench to sit in/near the gas station so all orders are automatically to go. I wonder if they will put out a table or 2 after the COVID threat is lifted.“

“The chicken is good but the service is like on extra slow mode! I came after the lunch rush in the mid afternoon. There was only 1 person in line in front of me who finished ordering as i walked up but it took 15 minutes to get my 2 order combo meal... I could see the folks working there were just talking in the back. While I ate my meal, I continued to see the same delay for the next three people who came in after me. Again no where in sight of lunch or dinner rush So I don't know if they were feeling fatigued from eating all that chicken or restless but ya don't be in a hurry here..its not gonna be quick“

“Torn between giving this place a 3 and a 4 , but since I can't give half points and the food was overall good I'll round up.Ordered their chicken sandwich combo and fried pickles. Got my sandwich medium spice, which is my usual at hot chicken places, but this was a bit much for me so I do recommend rounding down. The fries were crispy and well seasoned. I love their sauce and their ranch was really good.I'm personally not a fan of fried pickles but my husband loved them.Now for the downside, price. The meals were $18 a piece which seems a bit high, especially given the portions. On top of that even with the fried pickles no sauce was free. We had to pay for all dipping sauces which added to things feeling overpriced.“

“Just went in to Dave’s for the first time in a while, loved the enthusiasm and helpfulness of the crew but E.J really stood out to me. He helped me out with all my questions about the point system and was all around a helpful guy! Definitely will return because of this pleasant experience!“

“BBQ Chicken in Rowland Heights is the best Korean fried chicken spot of all the franchises in the area! Their wings are so big, so juicy, and always served fresh out of the kitchen! I tried out this other chicken spot off Instagram that left me disappointed so I had to come here to properly fix my cravings. The cheesling fries are to die for! I also like how bb.q chicken has interesting flavors that other places don't offer such as their Gangnam style, Galbi, or secret sauce. Yes, their prices are a little higher than competitors but it's well worth it in my opinion. Come to bb.q Chicken Rowland Heights if you love chicken!20/25“

“I ended up here for a late night meal. Was not expecting much, never looked at pictures, just overall ratings. I rarely find a good hot chicken this far from the Cumberland River. I was so happily surprised. They use a dry rub, and not a "hot sauce". The meat was tender and delicious. I chose the hottest option and was not disappointed. I had to sign a waiver, which is a little silly, but I'd be happy to sign one again on my next visit. spicy, tender and delicious. I also purchased the Kale Slaw and that was very good.The chocolate shake was excellent as well.The service was just as good as the meal . The young lady was very helpful.I am excited to add this to the regular restaurant rotation.“

“The food here is always so good! The chicken and beans were especially good this time around! The ladies at our Bible Studies really enjoyed Juan Pollo as well for dinner. Daniel the cashier was very polite and helpful! This Juan Pollo always appears very clean and smells oh so delicious when you walk in.“
