Chicken Wings in Covina

“This is a small quaint little spot. I've been in West Covina over 2 years and don't know about this spot. Tonight the bf and I were in the mood for pizza and wings. This spot was it! They make to order so the food is piping hot when you take it home. They have a few seats to eat here and a TV with a movie playing. Two young kids at the counter who were really nice. We got our food within the timeframe. Great service.“

“Need quick pizza for dirt cheap? This is your place. Nothing too fancy but it'll feed a bunch of bellies for not too much money. Make sure you use the app and order your pie for pickup using their vending machine thing, the wait times can be a little long otherwise. Also, the parking lot is small and can get jammed quickly, especially when there's a delivery truck blocking some spots.“

“Picking up a sizable order for a hospital nearby Sunday evening, multiple pizzas and topped it off with more than multiple 2-liters drinks, a handful would be understatement. When I arrived, order was ready, I met with smiling faces, although the female server was ready to wrap up her day, still generous with her hospitality and smiley eye contacts, while the male server, prompt and ready to tend to my needs, once he took note of the substantial quantity, didn’t hesitate at all to offer a leg up and escort me to my car, which saved me one more loading trip. There are not lacking apathetic businesses, caring less if to-go orders dropped and spilled once customers out of sight, whereas this location exemplified hand-holding customer care and attentiveness!“

“I am in the mood for fried chicken today so I dragged my friends to Krispy Krunchy Chicken for an adventure. I have prepared them in advance that KKC is inside a gas station but we were still surprised to see not one but two eateries inside the food mart. It was quite interesting to see KKC on one side and a Mexican kitchen on the other. The sign outside says 7-11 is coming soon. Can't wrap my head around on how that will rearrange things here. By the way, it is now a Shell station, not a Valero as shown in an older picture.Chicken is the most important thing to me when I come to a chicken joint. True to its name, KKC chickens are crispy, crunchy, juicy, slightly spicy, and full of flavor. I didn't ask for cajun seasoning but that's what I got. I don't think they have plain or mild chicken even if you ask. Personally I like spicy chicken so it works for me, except I would have preferred even spicier seasoning, but that's what hot sauce is for, I suppose.Since there is no table or bench to sit in/near the gas station so all orders are automatically to go. I wonder if they will put out a table or 2 after the COVID threat is lifted.“

“I ordered online to this location(by mistake) instead of the one i usually order from. I had kept away from it because the two times I had tried, it came undercooked.But today I was very happy with my order. The pizza had a nice crisp and was flavorful. I thought I would give a review again since they earned it. I whish they do this every time instead of once in a while. But, keep it up!?“

“I don't understand why all the heat for this place I always see that they have 2 or 2 1/2 stars which is quite surprising to me as the staff is always polite on the phone and polite when I get there they serve me right away and always have a hot pizza waiting for me. As far as it taste. Well it's dominoes. What do you expect? It's a good pizza or a decent price so as far as I'm concerned, they at least get four stars in my book. Hope you get this location a tray I think you'll like it happy eating.“
