Bad customer service! I kindly asked over the phone if they could let me know the deals they have and the girl who answered the phone had a bad tone and said “oh godddd, just tell me what you want and I’ll be able to tell you” . I understand they have recording saying the deals but I mean they had many. I don’t like that it made me feel uncomfortable and it would be so sad if someone with a hearing problem would hear and feel her expression. I’m so annoyed I didn’t get her name but if she is fed up by answering phone calls I don’t know what to say. Nobody needs her attitude during this time.
