“What a great addition to Lomita. We've been a few times and not been disappointed. Tuesdays are great, OF COURSE it's Taco Tuesday, I recommend the carnitas but the veggie one was quite good as well. Service is top notch, half the reason you wanna be here Also, the patio is a great touch, outside but you don't even notice traffic in Narbonne.“

I've been stuck on the chili verde omlette, lots of flavor. The special egg-chiladas are very delicious. The fried zucchini was crispy and parmaseany. Good cup of coffee every time. Don't let the line outside scare you away, the staff knows how to get people in and out.“

“Decided to drop buy after picking up some supplies from Harbor Freight. I got the Hamburger combo with Fried Zucchini upgrade. The Hamburger was very good and the Fried Zucchini was excellent. The Fried Zucchini had a great taste along with that crunchiness. The staff was also very nice.“

Super flavorful and the sides were fantastic - cabbage, rice with beans, plantains. Very large portions of food served. Will definitely try the oxtail next time!“

FWD has continued to be consistent with great customer service and delicious food. Our favorites are still the basics: raw oysters and their signature scallops and the crab cake. Katie Clark, assistant general manager gave us a personal opportunity, asking us for some honest feedback. It's that experience which continues to make FWD a place special.“

“Plus:Good food and great service Minus: horrible acoustics ! Literally the loudest restaurant I've been to. Forget having a normal conversation ? Which brings me to my next minus, the rushed service! We had 5 entrees and drinks served to us in under an hour! There was no time between courses and we felt very rushed. But with the noise level being so bad, I guess that's a blessing? Nice family owned establishment tho.“

Steak was good but the sides were a bit disappointing. I had expected a bit of a kick from the harrisa lime cauliflower but found it to be mostly bland.“

We had the pork chop and 917 burger which were excellent. The Pinot Grigio and old fashioned was 4/5. They have a full bar and made a great whiskey sour with egg white foam. Overall a great experience and great place to bring that special someone who loves cars. You're able to Ventura and observe several Porsche's. I Would definitely come back for lunch!“

“I went to Fishbar for happy hour on a Thursday around 4pm. There was no wait and the hostess accommodated me when I asked for a table further away from the door. Our server Bailey was amazing and friendly! For apps we ordered the happy hour crab queso dip and calamari. The portion for the calamari was a bit small but was to be expected for happy hour. Crab dip didn’t have much crab not sure if that was a happy hour thing as well. Both apps were good though nonetheless. I ordered the Fishbar margarita which was $10 and a bit tart, I ordered the passion fruit margarita next and that was much better. For entrees, it was lobster Thursday so I ordered the whole main lobster special for $45.99 including 2 sides. The lobster was a bit over cooked but good overall. My girlfriend had the shrimp and scallop entree which was also good! Since it was out first time we got a dessert on the house. I will be back again!“

She provided quick and attentive service we had a bit of trouble deciding what we wanted but Sharon was very helpful giving us various options to allow us to choose exactly what we wanted. I am pregnant so waiting for food sometimes can be a little hard, but the food came out very quick. She got a tad held up at the end but the staff was very observant and stepped in quickly. The bacon that came with the American breakfast had good flavor but was overcooked. We also shared a pancake, we did like the pancake but felt it was a little undercooked. The fried chicken was so expertly seasoned and crispy. I got the 3 meat combo, pretty reasonably priced for the amount of meat I got. The sauce is awesome and the meat is juicy and tender. I had to take my nose ring off cause I was so serious about this BBQ. Cornbread is so soft and fluffy and tastes like something your grandma made. The writing on the bricks from people all over were not lying. Nice people behind the counter and great vibe. Best food I've had in El Segundo.“

“We were looking for a nice brunch spot, and we came across The Ordinarie. With a 2hr free parking right nearby, we were off to a great start even before arriving at the restaurant. There was no one manning the front, so, we just seated ourselves, and a server approached us soon after. My wife got the Spicy Fried Chicken and Waffles and I indulged on Short Rib Hash. The fried chicken was not so spicy, but it was fried up really well. The crunch from the coating was absolutely crack. And the waffles were made from rye batter that gave it a very unique nutty flavor. The short rib on the hash was melt in your mouth tender and the red wine sauce was deep and flavorful. The crispy onions and fried potatoes paired really nicely with the meat and sauce. Overall, the food was bomb, and I have to give extra points for refilling our drinks without asking. The service was just right; not too much, not too little. All in all, we walked away full and very satisfied. Highly recommended!“

“This place is my jam - good food at a good price. I got the pork belly dosirak (basically a bento box). I love having a lot of different options to try in a meal so I was so happy to see this was an option! The pork belly was cooked to perfection and seasoned very well - I barely had to use the sauce they gave for it on the side. We also got the rice cakes, I definitely recommend those too. What really takes this to a 5 star is the warm friendly service from everyone who works there as well as the nice touches such as free instant coffee if you dine in! I can't wait to return. They also have a punch card reward program so you can claim some free food as a loyal customer.“
