My favorite place for tamales in Long Beach! And the tacos are great too! Great local authentic food, excellent price. So many good taco places, but not as common to have tamales as well.
This small hole in the wall never disappoints. The price is right. I always have to include in my order a burrito with potatoes beans and cheese. So yummy if you want to stay meat free. Tamales are good too. Haven’t tried the menudo, but people line up with their pots to take some home. So I gotta try that next. Can’t believe I haven’t tried in the 12 years I’ve been going there.
