Decided to try this place since i usually get Bahn Mis next door at boba tea house, they have since raised the prices and put very little meat in their baguettes so i tried JP Goods and was so glad i came !! Decent food for the price. The sandwich and tea were good quality, while the fries and eggrolls I had were pretty mediocre. In fact the eggrolls we're almost too oily for me. The worst thing about this place though is the parking. Park on the street or expect to wait 10+ mins to find a spot. Its really bad.
