I’ve been coming here for years and it never disappoints, the menu is always improving, they now have a full sushi bar, top grade ramen, the owner is a magician and best of all, I’ve probably been here 50 times and never had a single bad experience, the staff is nice and it’s just a safe bet if you don’t know what the hell you want, go to SHIN.I just chill and work and grub and drink until I crawl my way back home, join me sometime. I was out with a friend. We order ramen and sadly it was not up to par... The portion size of the ramen was smaller than other spots... The eggs weren't the typical Ajitsuke Tamago, the eggs were just regular eggs (I was sad but it wasn't the worst) ... However when I tasted the broth, I had to stop...
