Service was spot on my friends but the atmosphere was economy class, no biggie but it could need some helpThe food was fine, nothing I would write home about. “Great tasty food and love the prices! The rolls are JUMBO and I always have left overs when I order the bento box. Staff is always nice and they make the food fast, so there isn't a long wait time. Parking is fairly easy and they have good quality hot sauce, not the cheap packet one like some other places.“

“Found this place after from barnes and noble. Its kind of tricky to find it. Special the tree cover the sign.Tonkatsu and miso Rame is delicious come with plenty ear mushroom, green onion, egg and 2 pcs meat pretty thick, not like other ramen places thin meat. And their brooth is not too salty. I did request regular, not low sodium.You can request low sodium brooth.For salmon sashimi is only come 3pcs for 13.50.I only try avocado roll and california roll. For those 2 roll is pretty good because they do not put too much rice on it.Pork katsu curry don is okay. The pork not over fry and its come with a pieces shrimp.“

“These were really great crab wontons or rangoons whatever! Nice flavorful crispiness. I would have really preferred to dip into the same sweet and sour sauce that was drizzled on top instead of the water spicy mayo so will request that change if there is a future visit. I have a sore throat so didn’t want any spice in my ramen. Overall good but think the sauce was on the more bland side compared to say Jinya. Probably more flavor as spice levels increase. The soft boiled egg was done perfectly. Overall enjoyed my meal“

“I love this place, order from them at least once a week. There spicy ramen is great, although im not really a ramen gal so my go to is their spicy tuna crispy rice and their beef don bowl. Both are delicious. The people there are so nice too, always remember my weird requests lol“

“Place is ok, there are so many better places though! I would eat here if I didn’t want to go out too far. Black garlic ramen was seriously lacking flavor but the udon was good. Sushi was standard and the hoedeopbap was tasty, just didn’t have much fish. Maybe I’ve been spoiled but service was poor. Girl was trying to talk to me across a loud room and ordering was slow. It was only her working this particular evening so it might have been overwhelming. We were told at 9:10 that they closed at 9:15 (nicely told us to gtfo), but we were confused because google says they close at 9:30. Didn’t matter too much because we were about done anyways. Despite the negatives, definitely give it a try, palettes are always different. It wasn’t so bad that I wouldn’t come here again, could’ve been a one-off night and I always like to give establishments another shot.“

“I would say this gives a good feel for small sushi spots. And when I say "small" I mean tiny. 8 tables TOPS. It's tucked in on Clark right behind the Southeast shopping center and the parking can be tricky. I think they should add a little takeout/pick up window so that the sit down patrons won't be constantly interrupted in such small quarters. Anywho, the rolls were pretty good. I went real basic B with a crunch roll and dragon roll. Eel was perfectly seared. Very good portion and I loved that they added the eel sauce on the side since it was a Togo order. The servers/cashiers were efficient and acknowledging. I added an order of tempura veggies when I got there and did not have to wait too long. The tempura was perfect and they had my favorite in the assortment (squash, carrot and onion) They also have some nifty anime decor. I remember going here when they just opened (quite a while ago and I don't think it was named the same) but the rolls were gigantic back then. I wish they still had them that way because it distinguished them from other sushi spots. Now it's just another sushi spot. I'll need to try some other rolls, they are reasonably priced too.“

“Jounetsu Ramen offers a visually appealing dining experience, especially with the design that allows you to look out at the street from the tables. This is a nice touch, though the parking situation does diminish its charm slightly, especially since you can only park in front for a few minutes. The tonkotsu ramen was tasty, but it would have been even better with an extra slice of pork to enhance the richness of the dish. The staff at Jounetsu Ramen were very nice and attentive, which helped make the dining experience more enjoyable despite the parking inconvenience. Overall, it's a good spot for ramen, provided you can manage the parking challenges.“

“Very small parking lot but lots of street parking. I had a short wait during lunch time on a weekend. The staff are super nice and food comes out very fast Nanchatte tonkatsu ramen: milky creamy and flavor broth. It's very comforting especially on a cold day. Ramen noodles are cooked just right. Deep fried stuffed soft shell crab: a nice appetizer. The outside is very crispy and it appears to be stuffed with imitation crab meat. Omelet rice with pork cutlet and curry sauce: the portion is very large. It was very delicious. Curry sauce is nice and sweet. The pork cutlet is nice and crispy, the meat is juicy. I would definitely get this again and it would be two meals. Definitely stop by when you're craving some comfort Japanese food! The menu is very large and there is a lot to try.“

“It was an authentic Korean restaurant, and the foods were great, especially their Kimchi was absolutely awesome. We ordered Kal noodle, which was too big for one person, Jaengban noodle, which was a little bit of sweet, and Tempura, which was jumbo size. There was no sampler for small amounts for tempura, so I had to take it home for leftover. It was still good after heating with the airfryer.“

“I've been going to Shin before they became Shin. It was my go to sushi spot 10 years ago and so happy I got to experience it with my son who has been curious about this place. The restaurant is an establishment on its own with their own parking lot. It's not in a plaza shared with other businesses which I can appreciate because I don't come across many restaurants like this. There's plenty of seatings outdoor and indoor. Their restroom needs a little TLC. I love that they offer Happy Hour 3p-7p. My son and I ordered the cheese wontons which was completely different than what I was expecting which was the cream cheese wontons. These wontons were made with actual cheese and tempura. We ordered the 3 roll $35 combo and ordered crunchy, super cal and king of kings - we were pleased with all. We got the pleasure of being served by Tammy who I recognized from years ago. She offers great customer service, very accommodating.“

“First time going to Silverlake Ramen. The ramen was EXCELLENT! I had the blaze ramen with pork, the pork was so good I had to order another slice! The broth was great, the noodles were great! I can't say enough about the food. I'd also like to single out the great service, Ernesto was amazing! Great service AND friendly. I didn't get the name of the other person I talked to, but she was very nice and friendly. It was just a great environment to enjoy great food in! Definitely will come again when I'm in Cerritos!“
