The staff is exceptionally friendly, providing great service, and the portion sizes are satisfying. However, it's crucial to manage expectations and avoid comparing the food here to the offerings in San Gabriel Valley or Little Saigon area. -1 star for the pricing, but considering the prime location and convenience, it's understandable. I'll certainly return when in the financial district of DTLA and in the mood for Pho.Quick tip: You can find Downtown LA Pho inside the City National Plaza's food court, located on the bottom floor of the plaza.“

“I would consider this place to be the best food spot around the area. It's mostly a mom and pop restaurant but the food will have you blown away!!! If you frequent the hospital nearby and find yourself tired of the fast food, come here a place an order it's considerably cheaper and better quality then other restaurants nearby. Service is amazing and kind enough to bring you a fork if you cannot use chopsticks. It's also nice and quiet inside if you prefer that but, please do come check this place out it needs the love it deserves.“

“Solid pho! My partner said the Arnold Palmer was great and I thought the Bahn Me was exactly what I expected and wanted. The fries were actually my favorite part, funny enough! Crunchy and yummy! The restaurant was pretty small but nice and clean.
