“Decided to give it a try today since it was on my route home. Ordered the farmer style pork and green pepper. It's not the usual fatty pork you'd get from other chinese food places, but it's delicious either way. Less fatty, but still full of flavor. Portion is what you paid for. Spicy level is true to what spicy is all about. Will come again to try their mapo tofu and kungfu boiled beef since from this simple dish alone it does look promising.“

“Great food, made fresh to order, with good portions. The cheung fun are made by hand - you can tell by the slightly irregular shape of the noodles. The shrimp & chives dumplings have fresh fillings. The har gow are also fresh, with the shrimp cooked just right and the wrappers have the right texture and thickness - no splitting! The won ton in the won ton soup are also made in the kitchen, not bought out frozenI've yet to explore the menu beyond the lighter offerings. The service is good, courteous, and prompt.“

“Hainan chicken was incredible. Rice was good but it will be excellent, if they use little better quality rice. Still it was excellent. Servers was very friendly & helpful, price just incredible. This place is way better than Savoy! Highly recommend this place!!!!“

“We ordered the (1) signature beef noodle soup, (2) qinghai clear cold noodle, and (3) cucumber salad. My favorite was surprisingly the qinhai clear cold noodle. (1) Signature beef noodle soup ($14.50) There were four options for what type of noodles we wanted in this soup. We chose the chewiest type which is called "knife cut." The overall flavor of the soup was good, but the chili oil was doing a lot of work. Also the knife cut noodle was great in texture, but I actually didn't love them. I much preferred the cold noodles that we ate instead which I found out is not an option you can choose. I actually probably wouldn't order this item again I would try something different. (2) Qinghai clear cold noodle ($10.80) I really enjoyed the flavor and the type of noodle selected. It was what brought me the most joy from the three food items we ordered. Definitely order this one! (3) Cucumber salad ($7.50) This was a refreshing appetizer. It was interesting how they combined the cilantro and cucumber together. I really liked the sauce it was covered in. Overall, I return to try the other plates and noodle options they offer! Also, it's wonderful that it's located on Colorado street where other businesses are right next door.“

“I have always wondered about this spot because I love gifting from Dot Cupcakes's across the street. The food was delicious. We ordered a variety family style for about 10 of us. I will go back. However I was disappointed with how service was rushed. We're were trying to finalize out choices when the waitress came us up to us multiple times after we told her to wait for us to call you when we were READY. She unfortunately rushed us and we didn't order all the plates we wanted. I'm interested in going to the la location to see how that adventure would be. I just hope the next visit isn't quite as rushed and bothersome. If this is a busy location maybe put a sign up for a time limit to give new guests a heads up. New guests may take a few minutes to order and we were a decent size party. Any tips on what to do or say if you're rushed to order or eat at a restaurant? Blessings to those who enjoy.“

“1st time here today and I was impress. We arrived around 530pm so no wait times. We ordered the F1 which was amazing. The broth was very delicious, and although it said spicy. It was not. We also ordered the F2 non spicy and some dumplings on the side. The prices were good. Can't wait to comeback!!!!“

“It's a little pricey but our go-to for Chinese take out in Pasadena. We've never dined in but there's plenty of seating and located in a small shopping center so parking is available. I doubt it's any healthier than Panda but the food is made fresh and delicious. We also love supporting mom & pop restaurants - the folks who work there are also very friendly. Our staples are the hot & sour soup, orange chicken, combo fried rice & green beans. Yum!“

“Chinese Café serves amazing, delicious, healthy Chinese food! This food is so good! We had the food delivered. They were on time, the food was hot and fresh, and each item was boxed in plastic containers. Egg rolls and rice were in traditional take out paper containers. If an item has pan-fried noodles, then the noodles and the sauce is packaged separately so the dish itself will be fresh. Also, each box for a part of an item was labeled so we'd know what goes with which food item. Soup came in soup containers and also in plastic bags so the soup wouldn't spill accidentally. The food is traditional Cantonese Chinese food. We ordered BBQ Pork, Won Ton Soup, Green Pepper Beef, Chicken Egg Foo Young, Beef Pan Fried Noodles, Sweet and Sour Pork, and Vegetable Egg Rolls. The flavors of the meat and vegetables are fresh! The egg rolls are crispy and delicious! The food is low in sodium! Fortune cookies were free with great fortunes! I highly recommend Chinese Café. 5 Stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“I love egg roll express! I grew up in this community and have been eating at this restaurant since I was a kid! Their food is so fresh, flavorful and delicious! It has gotten pricier over the years and most of their dishes come family style so I recommend coming for their lunch combo deals! I also recommend calling ahead because they don't have a very big wait area and it does take a while because food is made fresh! But I promise you it's definitely worth it! I recommend getting their chicken chow mein, the noodles are thick and so tasty! I also love their paper wrapped chicken! ?“

“Hands down, my favorite Thai food spot in Pasadena. The restaurant is located on a one way street with limited parking in the lot, but there's usually enough between the lot and the street. Pork Pad See Ew is a go to item in addition to an order of the wings (zapp spicy). Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.“

“This is the nicest, most modern, and largest Panda Express's I've ever been to. Fast service. Food, as always, is fresh and hot. The only thing that disappointed me was apparently they no longer offer the cream cheese rangoons, at least at this location.“

“I just had the BEST fast food meal I have ever eaten. Please don't tell anybody about this, I don't want these nice folks to be overwhelmed because of this review. Generally we get fried chicken and my wife did again last night. I went out on a limb and tried the Louisiana Gumbo, it was AMAZING, so tasty, huge shrimp, lots of sausage and chicken. I ate almost the whole quart serving by myself. It comes with rice and was just outstanding. I urge you to give it a try.“
