*3.5 Stars but rounding up to 4 because I like the concept Finding a good dim sum place in the peninsula isn't easy so when Brochette Dumpling came to RWC, I wanted to check it out to see if it was good. I came on a Monday afternoon around Happy Hour and the restaurant wasn't busy. There were about 4 tables/groups and plenty of open seating so the two servers were very attentive. Beautiful decor, cups and utensils, good attention to detailsWide selection of food from Japanese izakaya, ramen, Cantonese dim sum to Shanghainese dishes. Every single dish I tried exceeded my expectations. Ingredients were fresh and cooking excellent. I’d say they are among the best Izakaya in this area.Will surely be back!
