Best sushi in UTC easily, clean and fresh sushi. Sashimi is very good, staff is very friendly and entertaining. We always end up next to kind people next to us so it's a bit of a party every time. This is a staple in the restaurants me and the lady visit weekly.
Outstanding food, as well as service! The staff was very particular at making sure my allergies were taken care of as well! I highly recommend URBN sushi if you are in the San Diego area!

I'm not in love with it per se, but the rolls were well made. They didn't fall apart when I picked them up with my chopsticks, and that is a pet peeve of mine. My favorite has to be the Ex Boyfriend. That one did impress me with how it was actually crispy. If I were to return, I would order that one 3 times over.
