Visited Long Beach area and heard out Whiskey Flats from hotel we stayed at. Decided to check it out and food was outstanding. Didn't have any place to sit because they only have outdoor seating and it was raining that day. Not big issue, took back to hotel and enjoyed food there. Recommend this place to locals and those visiting from out of town.
Great food, great service. We got the brisket tacos and a brisket slider to dine in with a side of chili, then ordered a couple of turkey legs to take to the beach. Everything was delicious, and well-priced for good barbecue! I highly recommend coming here if they're open, we'll definitely be back.Parking: Street parking with plenty of spots nearby, found a spot next door as soon as I arrived

Ribs have plenty of meat, but to my taste a bit dry and chewy. I like more tender and more moisture ribs meat. Salads were good and fresh, but really small. Staff was friendly. OK for one time, but won’t drive here specially for ribs for $30+…pricy… Other restaurants offer more and better for the same price.
