“I like this place. They have a great wine selection and their charcuterie and small plates are delicious. The Marcona almonds are well flavored/seasoned. The olives are also well-marinated. Their meat board contains delicious selections of cured meats and cheese with some sweet jam. All of these items pair nicely with their Chilean red, which is a reasonably priced and tasty bottle. I've only eaten inside but they have a nice patio in the back. The inside is dim and cozy. This is a great spot for a date night or a night out with friends. It's not cheap by any means, but they deliver solid service, food, and wine. Enjoy!”

“This is some of the best pizza all of Los Angeles, but I went to go pick up a pie and they told me I’d be ready in 30 minutes and I was early, because I had to wait because I was early, they give me a free slice of cheese pizza to eat while I waited cause I had to wait because I was early. And if you add fries right inside your shawarma it’s like so yummy I can’t even describe! They're so proud of their food, and they will should be at so freaking. It's so nice when you go to Indian restaurants one person have to drop over $40-$50. Sometimes we are at work. We eat Indian food and go back to work. That's curry zones I love curry this is my eighth It was an accident, but I don't come here by accident. I come here cause it's fantastic.”

“Wow. I'm Singaporean so I grew up eating the best of the best Hainan Chicken (in my opinion). This is the first time I felt like I tasted anything similar to what I had growing up. My hubs and I both ordered the Hainan Steamed Chicken and were both mmmmmming from the first bite. It's a humble mom and pop shop that I would love to continue to support. Everyone was very kind and very friendly. This will be my place for Hainan Chicken from now on.”

“Place is pretty bad ass. Me and my girl were here a few weeks ago. I used to live in the Valley. I never heard of these guys. We went to get our Tel Aviv food on. I ordered 2 Chicken and Beef Falefel plates for 3 people. Food was really good here. I like the salad and all with natural flavors. The meat has a nice Kosher feel and taste. Nice staff and owners. Nice place here. We will be back on our next trip.”

What a deal!Honestly, for the value you get here based on the price that you're paying, this is one of the best lunch deals in town.This spot is great for kids, lots of open table seating, good for local office workers in the area, and a low end place for tourists to visit.Fried chicken, baked chicken, spaghetti and meatballs, mojo potatoes, steamed vegetables (previously frozen), and pizza. Lots of pizza. Smores pizza, Hawaiian, pepperoni, veggie, sausage, it's all great.The salad bar is great too. It's Iceberg lettuce, and you can add all kinds of stuff to it like carrots, red cabbage, artichokes, olives, hot peppers, bell peppers. There's also about four or five different kinds of dressing as well including italian, blue cheese, Ranch, Thousand Island, Etc.5 stars? Yes. This isn't the usual type of place that I go to. But in a crunch, or just when you want to reminisce about your childhood this place does what it does best. Good food, inexpensive, baked fresh right in front of you. Trying to find these old school buffets keeps getting harder and harder every year. So I'm glad this one is still around.”

They make their food SO fast!I’m a huge noodle soup guy and they have all kinds of options. I’ve ordered the boat noodle and duck noodle soups so far and both have been so good! “Menchies menchies menchies How do I love you. I been coming here for over 10+ years and everytime I come here I get excited to see the toppings and the different flavors. My go to are: Vanilla + chocolate + original tart W/ cherries W/ nuts, walnuts, almonds and chocolate chips I been taking my kids here forever and they would always write on the chalkboard. “I loved Schwartz Bakery on Fairfax. It had a magical vibe. It wasn't just the wonderful bakery but a feeling of walking through a time machine to an older and simpler times. I bought there many times - and have nothing but praise for everyone working there. From the unique attitude of the people working the counter to the other clients standing in line. Schwartz Bakery opened a few new places in the neighborhood and closed their flagship store. The other stores still sell their same high quality bakery goods - and are wonderful - But Nothing Nothing will compare to the original store on Fairfax and it's unique and unforgettable vibe.”

“Amazing food amazing customer service! Clean working environment. Their donuts are the only one I go to, something about it is different than the generic donut stores I go to get around here, it's so much more fluffier and just so freshly taste. Everything they served is made by hand and with care which really shows since their sandwiches are always so crisp and not to mention they're super generous when it comes to the filling. Their Vietnamese ice coffee is to DIE for, if you ever get the chance to go and have no idea what to get, just do yourself a favor and GET THIS! As long as they got this I'm forever gonna be a returning costumer.”

“Is this good Falafel or what? I've been here twice but it only keeps getting better and better. We got a Falafel baguette, with french fries and a side of chicken schnitzel. I asked for a jalapeño to add a little heat to my food and boy did he delivered . The owner is very friendly and tends to his costumers with a smile. Very kind soul. Cannot recommend this place enough. Also, I didn't take a pic, but he's got a table with a Washing Cup setting for Al Netilas Yadayim. So props for that!”

“I know the place is under a new owner and this is my first time getting takeout from them in general. The food was very hot when I picked up. I only got orange chicken and fried rice because it's just me eating for dinner. I wish there was a dinner combo. Additionally, I would like if there were some things in the fried rice aside from a tiny bit of scrambled egg, some frozen peas and carrots with a bit of onion would do the trick. Flavor of the orange chicken is great. Making the rice more interesting would keep me coming back. I'll come again and try different things.”

“Seems to be a good Bakery. The produces are fresh, but the go out the door quickly. Visit early in the day before they run out. In addition, check what days different produce are available. For instance, egg bread may only be available on Wednesday. They have a weekly schedule. You can find some, but not all of their produce in Cambridge Farms across the street. If what you want is not available in Sam's Kosher Bakery just go across the street.”

“This is a cool laidback neighborhood bar with a huge lounge area, pool table, and TVs.I’ve been 4 times and it was pleasant each time.Patrons play good music on the TouchTunes. People are polite and cordial. I’ve met some nice people here. The ladies room is clean and fresh.Drinks are very reasonable during happy hour. Specialty cocktails are regular-priced almost as high as Ventura Blvd.Staff does their job and treats customers like they are happy to be there.”

“This Mexican restaurant at Don Zarape deserves every one of its five stars. I absolutely adored my experience here; it was our inaugural visit, and it exceeded our expectations. Despite the early closing time at 6 pm, we managed to arrive at 5 pm, giving us a satisfying hour to enjoy our meal. Next time, I'll be sure to arrive even earlier. I savored the fish soup, caldo de pescado, paired with horchata, while my wife delighted in the shrimp Coctel with a refreshing jaimaca drink. The flavors were outstanding. “Best won ton soup around!! I'm so glad I found this restaurant when searching for won ton soup one day. It is truly the best won to soup I have ever tried; very tasty and packed with won tons and veggies. I was definitely willing to try more dishes after that, and did! I have my family hooked on their food. Every time I call, they answer. I have ordered for pick up and for delivery. They're fast and always have been very friendly. I will continue to order from them and hope others give them a try as well.”

The service is really good too and the food is also really good don’t mind the four stars on the food. I just didn’t like a few things there But overall everything was super good.
