“We were at the flea market nearby and went for lunch because it was so close. Located in a strip mall, it’s was a cozy, informal, little restaurant with booths and some tables. Service was prompt and courteous, menu had all the classics and nice, simple dinners and black board specials. We had cheeseburger deluxe and pastrami melt. The fries were so good, steak fries that cooked to a deep golden brown. Perfect crunch for the outside, soft and mashed potato like inside. It’s been a while since I had fries that good!!! Burger was hefty, cooked to perfection and juicy. Pastrami melt was tender, with very thinly sliced sauté onions, grilled well on rye. Coleslaw was very good, not too saucy, not to dry. Ice tea was very good.Saw others selections, pot roast with gravy looked so good and a grilled chicken salad that was enormous!Prices were great for the quality and portion sizes. Can’t wait to go back again.“

“Outstanding restaurant! (and we do a lot of our dining in NYC!) Local 63 is an oasis in Watertown, CT in a variety of ways. The food is creative (even when the dish SOUNDS traditional). The chicken fried steak (hard to even find in New England) is outstanding. The salads were awesome: perfectly dressed with great crunch and freshness. The Cassoulet (originally a French farmhouse dish) with chicken, in-house sausage, and white beans cooked to perfection is something you will not find in many other places. Great bar--friendly atmosphere and great for large groups and celebrations. This is a hidden gem with excellent service and owners who obviously care! I will go back and bring many other guests here when I have a chance.“

Food was great at a price point bit lower than a other restaurants of this type. Good service, quality food, good sized portions, good pricing. All the qualities of an exceptional diner.“

“Another wonderful experience at the Winvian. Upon our arrival Christina had already made our favorite drinks which were waiting for us at the bar. Very Impressive. Our food was exceptional, as usual, and Stefano selected an amazing wine for us to enjoy and paired perfectly with our entre. Our waiter, Anthony, is always super friendly and spot on with excellent service. Chef Eddy came out and said hello to us which always makes you feel special. “This is my favorite place to get breakfast. The owner and family that run the business are amazing! The selection is vast, and everything I have tried has been delicious. The customer base is friendly, and I have run into people I know coming for a great meal. It is a cozy place. You can dine in or carry out. My favorite place, especially if you want a great bagel! It is a guilty pleasure that is worth it!“

Last salad I ordered was horrible and the rip n dip pretzel was hard as a rock. Pasta is only made on Wednesday but who really goes out to eat on a Wednesday?“

“So despite the name, Big Daddys does have eat-in service, and also appears to be part of a gas station? The location is a bit off the beaten path, but plenty of parking. I found a certificate on Restaurants.com for the pizzeria, and it was a good deal. Lunch and dinner at a discount! The burgers were pretty large, as were the fries if you ordered them as a side. The pizza had more of a tomato-acidy sauce than sweet, but a good amount of cheese. You could order by the slice inside. There is also ice cream, onion rings in the hot food area, and baked goods wrapped for desserts. There's both Coke and Pepsi in the coolers, and chips behind the window side booths. They also have a bar area and sell on Slice! Big Daddys also does local delivery on certain days in the evening. Goodness, there's a lot going on. Plus, a good flow of pick up orders. The gentlemen at the register seemed to have a good handle on things though.“

“We had the most wonderful experience at Saltwater Grille on Saturday night! After accidentally liking the Facebook page for this restaurant rather than a similarly named one in my town, I’ve spent the last few months looking at the posts and thinking I have to visit this place. The opportunity came to bring someone special there for his birthday and it was just amazing. Having eaten probably thousands of meals in restaurants I can tell you that I met the best server ever - Suzy. She was attentive without being intrusive, personable without being over the top and she has an amazing sense of humor. The food was outstanding as well which rounded out a perfect evening! We’re already planning another visit up when it’s warmer and we can enjoy the patio and live music!!“

“G’s Burgers is an incredibly fine establishment. The food tastes excellent right after it comes out, and you can fall in love with some of their dishes. Although some meals are a tad overpriced, the experience is still worth every penny. The restaurant is a hot spot among many people in Watertown, therefore meaning you might run in to somebody you know. The menu also has a variety of options, from meals to dessert. The staff is always nice to their customers, and the aura of the place is relaxed. You feel at home with the delightful aroma of the restaurant, and you can never go wrong with G’s. I’ve met a lot of people, and all of their responses about this restaurant has been the same; G’s never fails to satisfy your hunger and your mood.“

By the time we were done, we were too full for dessert & coffee, although I noticed the Lavazza espresso maker on our way in. This place was recommended by a friend a couple years ago & we decided to try it tonight. I'm glad we came & we'll likely be back.Parking: The approximate number of parking spaces closely corresponds to the number of tables inside. “My husband and I first time here tonight. I’m from Brazil and my Husband is American and wanted to try an authentic Brazilian pizza. He got the calabresa( Brazilian style sausage) without onions and I got the frango com catupiry ( chicken) we got a large and made it half each flavor. It was delicious and very authentic Brazilian style. Very nice people as well helped us with the recommendation. My husband and I will definitely be back. I do believe they deliver as well.Parking: Parking lot on the front and more parking in the back of the building.“

I really liked that everyone worked as a team.The food was delicious. I had the fish tacos. Everything was fresh. “Always excellent food, in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. It's not pretentious and doesn't try to be anything it isn't. Big menu with lots of choices, and you really can't go wrong with any of it. Love the burgers, and the chicken basket is also a winner. Great breakfast too. This time we got the bread pudding, which is made in-house and was some of the best I've had. Prices are reasonable, though keep in mind sides are extra. Service is great, and the people are very friendly.“

From taking my multiple orders to finding the dirt road that the field was off of even helping to load the food into the bus (after rotator cuff surgery !!) she was the best! “A friend and I decided to try the Mockingbird on a Tuesday Evening . We had to wait for a seat at the bar. But when our appetizers arrived it was worth the wait . The pork dumplings were handmade and bursting with flavor, the sweet and sour Sauce was perfect, and the Heirloom tomato Burrata couldn’t have been fresher and sweeter , the creamy Burrata, and fresh herbs put it over the top. Our Tacos were delicious , the tacos Al Pastor was tender and flavorful, and the Baja fish tacos had a tasty Beer battered Cod. , the Chef/Owner and the Bartender could have used a Waitress.“
