Food was nice, but came out way too quick- 5 minutes after ordering. Would have stayed for dessert but for the entrees being rushed out previously. Disappointing for a joint birthday celebration.“

“We had lunch a couple of days ago. Menu seemed ok for lunch. I ordered the Fish of the day sandwich which was a mahi mahi. The description said lettuce and tomato. It came in a platter full of French fries which I can't eat. I asked for a substitute and stated neither the menu nor the server mentioned the fries. I was told the server will be right in. She never showed up. The sandwich was good. But I was dissatisfied.“

“We were greeted by a super friendly host/ waitress, who set the tone for the night. Our server Hope was awesome! We had a party of 11 w/ a 6 month old. All apps were hot and tasty, same with all of our meals. Chef Scott came out and introduced himself and thanked us all for coming. The outdoor seating is amazing as well. “Great food, excellent cocktails. Been here several times always sit at bar area. My notes would be, bar area is absolutely FREEZING! Which is crazy to have AC blasting whilst having all the doors open in the place. Secondly the service at bar is always slow unless you're a "regular", as all the times I've been I notice the people the bartenders know by name get top notch instant service and we always have to try to get their attention which gets frustrating. Again the food and cocktails are very very good, and the outdoor areas are nice, but the bartenders and the AC are the only things we think the owners / management should evaluate for a better overall experience.Kid-friendliness: Nice play area in rear.“

Alex was our server, and from the moment we walked in, we received exceptional service. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. “I visited Sassafras during Sunfest on 05/04 and was greeted by the lovely hostess that was working between the hours of 6pm-7pm. She was very sweet and accommodating, I wish I could've gotten her name. I was sat outside with my 3 siblings and our waitress, Erin (my apologies if spelled wrong) was super sweet. I wanted to thank her again for the service and I wish her the best with her journey! The food and scenery was good as well. Located in the Hilton at 600 Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach, this stylish restaurant is easy to find and offers plenty of parking. One of the best things about Galley is the outdoor dining area, which offers stunning views of the surrounding area. We were lucky enough to snag a table on the patio, and it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a delicious meal with my coworkers. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. We ordered a variety of dishes from the menu, and here are five of the standout items: The avocado toast: This was a simple yet delicious dish that was made with fresh, creamy avocado and served on top of a thick slice of artisan bread. The tuna tartare: This was a fresh, flavorful dish that was served with crispy wonton chips and a spicy aioli. The blackened salmon: This was a hearty, flavorful dish that was cooked to perfection and served with a side of creamy grits. “The BBQ duck friend rice never misses. The duck is pulled meat and is extremely tender. Ordered this entree and 3 or the vegetarian appetizers on the menu: General Tsao Cauliflower, Broccoli and habanero pepper. They all come with a dip which makes it even more enjoyable to eat. 10/10 recommend the cauliflower appetizers if you’re watching cals & carbs. ? “

Everything was tasty, fresh, service was a little inconsistent, sometimes we had five people serving sometimes you couldn't find anyone, a few items took a long time and we had food coming that wasn't ordered, so there was a mixup somewhere but it wasnt a big deal.
