“This was my second time at a Shake Shack. My first time was a couple of years back at another location and honestly, I was not impressed with the service or the food. Today, my mom was craving a Strawberry Shake so I was looking for a place to take her and SS popped up on the search. I thought I would give it another try this time (near UM) at another location and I am so glad I did. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed by Chereka and Debbie. We placed our order and much to our surprise, it was delicious!!I had the Korean Burger and my mom had the Avocado bacon. We also had fries, lemonade, Strawberry and Chocolate shakes.But honestly, the reason I am writing this review is because of the exceptional service these two women provided. They would go from table to make sure everyone had what they needed and shared their beautiful smiles and their lovely disposition with every person they encountered. “I loved their bobas here!!! Finally was able to make it and was really impressed by my drinks. My wife ordered the regular milk tea with the boba pearls. I had the coffee one and it was very good. I did not order mine with pearls because usually I don't like those but I tried my wife's drink and really liked the pearls! That's how we found sweet and sticky. The funnier part is that he didn't understand when I was making the NSFW jokes about what we were ordering. The other was condensed milk strawberries and Oreos. Sweet and sticky was the perfect after dinner snack. It became a joke with the friends we were in town with. The woman at the counter was really nice and was asking questions to make sure I enjoyed my coffee (I.e., if I wanted whipped cream, caramel sauce, any flavors, etc). There was a line outside the ice cream shop but was well worth it. We ordered the mango ice cream on a sugar cone and wow! I was obsessed. The flavor was amazing and it was so fresh. My partner got the vanilla soft serve with sprinkles and that was quite disappointing. We also got some of then cookie crisps which were okay, but not very fresh. Prices are also pretty steep. Each ice cream was $8 for a scoop or a small soft serve but again. I hope the mango stays on the menu for a while because it was so so good! “Walls Ice Cream is always an enjoyable place to go to. I have been coming here since I was a kid, and it hasn't changed one bit. It's fun to go and see the old photos of the wall from years ago. The ice cream is always great. I tend to get the chocolate chip cookie dough or the mint chocolate chip. I've never been disappointed. Recently, I ordered the brownie sundae, and it was huge! So good! We live close by, so it's a fun spot to walk to, as well. Sometimes, they have cartoons playing outside, which is fun. Wall's is an institution, and I hope it never changes!“
