“Just incredible. There are no words for how impressive this bakery is. The owner is an absolute angel, the desserts are insanely delicious and the aesthetic is perfect. This is my go to for any special occasions. I even have non vegan friends/family that request Pie Pie for their birthdays. I cannot recommend supporting this business enough. My personal favorite flavors are banana split, chocolate strawberry, and nutter butter.“

“I was parking and saw a crowd of people hovering around a storefront like they were waiting for doors to open for the Nordstrom Semi Annual Sale! Thus, I had to walk over and see what all the fuss was about. Tons of people were waiting outside in the cold for pastries. I looked at the menu on the window and noticed all the pastries are gluten free and they have a large selection of vegan options! There were so many vegan options that I bared the cold trying to make a decision. I settled on the vegan brownie. The staff were all friendly and processed orders quickly. While walking, I tasted a piece of the vegan brownie. It was simply, AMAZING! I can’t wait to go back and try other vegan pastry options.“

“North Shore Bakery Rocks!! I have been going to this amazing Bakery since High School and let me tell you..... I love the bagels, challah bread, and cinnamon coffee cake. They make the best baked goods in town. I wanted to mention and recognize Ayellet for her hard work and dedication to the business and her customers. When I go into the store for my baked goods I always get a welcome with a smile. North Shore Bakery always makes me feel like I am there only customer they have! “Stopped in after visiting DePaul. They have the most delicious cookies, bars and pie. Their Keylime pie is amazing and I absolutely love their Cherry Apple pie.“
