“The atmosphere is hip. People are happy here, eating, laughing and chatting. I didn't try the signature noodle but a fish dish. The presentation is great and the taste is up to standard. The service is up to standard, but the waitress forgot telling me the drink I ordered was not available. Among the Chinese restaurants in downtown, I think Ming Hing is still the best in terms of food taste, variety and value.“

“Somehow got lucky and got seated as we walked in. A quick summary:1.) Ordered Sen Cha tea, beef gyoza, and Monster ramen. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted great. Only thing I didn’t like was the limited menu add on options compared to some other ramen places around Chicago.2.) Parking can be difficult to find in the area when it’s busy.3.) Service is top line. They refill waters/tea and clear dishes so fast. Dessert menu came immediately after the main course.“

“Come for the Pho leave with the Viet dip, pho fries and everything else on the menu. Food was on point and the staff was super friendly. Love this place, can't wait to come back.“

“I enjoyed a late lunch with Hen Banh Da (Clam Salad) and Mi Quang. Clam salad was everything I imagined it to be and mi quang was underwhelming — lacked flavor and yellow rice noodles were overcooked; I had to add more fish sauce for flavor.Attentive service. I will try this place again and order other offerings.“

“Food ranged from INCREDIBLE to meh. The pork and ginger dumplings were some of the best I've ever had - so flavorful. But the cabbage salad was just like, pieces of cabbage with little texture or flavor. Oatmeal cream pie was so satisfyingly salty and sweet.Order at the counter vibes was great, as were the prices.“

“I have loved this restaurant since they were in bucktown/ Wicker park I am originally from Africa my boss used to order or dine in for all of us and I used to love the 5 pepper shrimp amazing it was, however when they moved to north side their 5 pepper shrimp doesn't taste or look the same except for the salad and rice but the shrimp isn't what it was then!!! However everything is amazing at this joint I love them“

“I have been on a hunt for the best Chinese spot in Chicago. I found it. I ordered the combo fried rice, Kung Pao chicken, Mongolian beef, and hot and sour soup. It was by FAR the best Mongolian beef and Kung pao chicken I have ever had. Insanely good, like I still can't get over it. The rice was good, nothing crazy, but good. The hot and sour soup was incredible. Vinegary, and rich, but still flavorful. I love that they added a bunch of green onions, definitely enhanced the flavor. This place was so good, that I am already planning on ordering from them tomorrow. Please try this spot out. WOW, that's all I can say.“

“Visiting from Dallas and this food is awesome! The flavor is bold - the right amount of spice and garlic. I think this is the best Kung Pao we have ever had. Can’t wait to eat here again because everything going to other tables looked amazing!“

“had a delicious dinner here! I’m no expert, but all the food was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. Everything we had was delicious, including the fried chicken, cucumber salad, tea eggs, black sesame ice cream, and two salty, chewy, fatty noodle dishes. We also got chili crisp and it was excellent. Many of the dishes celebrated subtle flavors well. The service was also great and despite there being a long line, inside the restaurant was very calm but lively! Their drinks also looked great & interesting. I would definitely recommend this spot—I’ll be thinking about their noodles all week!“

“Great Thai spot downtown to grab a quick lunch. Stopped in on a Thursday afternoon, and there were quite a number of tables filled up. Still was able to grab one relatively quick. Had the lunch special, Spicy Drunken Noodles + Fried Tofu appetizer. For the price, it's a great lunch and filling, especially when you consider what's around. Definitely recommend it if you're feeling spicy!“

“Love thai food and of course I had to try a new place in a new town. Came here for lunch with my family and loved it! Location was perfect just walking distance from where we were staying. The decor has a very minimalist feel to it which I really enjoyed. We were treated warmly and our server was really nice. I don't have pictures of what we ordered because we were on the verge of being hangry. But here is what we ordered...chicken satay, shu-mai, tom yum soup and pad kra prow. Everything, delicious! Highly recommend!“
