“Upon arrival I was treated to a flight of perfectly crafted German beers. Next up was a super soft top 10 pretzel. Both the schnitzel sandwich and the smashburger were a nice compliments to an all-around delicious dinner before going to the airport. In summary, excellent beer, garden, clean facility, good parking access, excellent beer choices, and above average menu choices. Only drawback I would say is the inside can get kind of loud.“

“My wife and I drive up here from louisville a few times a year to see shows. Whoever is in charge of booking all these metal bands, thank you so much for keeping the scene alive. Crowbar was amazing last night, as well as all the other shows we have been to. The staff are very welcoming and friendly to everyone who comes through the door.“

Make sure to view the artwork created by nearby artists; nearly all of it is available for purchase. Should you want to throw some bags, there's a corn hole on the patio. They don't have a kitchen, but they do provide bread sticks, Broadripple bagel chips, and Greek pizza available by the slice. Since everyone is quite talkative, you might meet some new people. “Absolutely AMAZING experience! My girlfriend and I were treated like royalty. Spilled a beer and they brought us a new one. They went out of their way to find a shirt in my size to purchase. “Heard good things about this place and they did not disappoint! Delicous beer and the bartender added 3 bonus tasters onto my flight. What a champ!Unfortunately there was a sign that said No Overnight Parking which really upsets me that they encourage drunk driving. The sign should say "If you've had too much to drink, please leave your vehicle here and take an Uber home."This is the first bar/brewery I've ever seen with a No Overnight Parking sign and I really hope it's my last.“

The railsplitter IPA is a staple in Indiana craft beer, and they really do a great job with all of their beer styles (special shout-out to their sours as well). The fried mushrooms are legitimately the best I've ever had, and I've been known to make a trip to the area just for a plate of them. Very cool vibes, friendly staff, and an outstanding food/beer menu; what more could you ask for??“

“Have been visiting Metazoa brewing for a couple of years now and regularly pick up a keg for the Kegerator. Through a simple mix up rather than my normal Hoppopatus I received a Nap in the Hammock which I didn’t notice until later that night. I reached out to Taylor who took immediate action and had me a replacement delivered to the Tap Room the same day. All their beers are great and the entire staff are awesome. Next time you’re downtown swing by and grab a brew, and they are dog friendly so bring your furry friend with you.“

“We held our October 2022 wedding ceremony and reception at Liter House and loved the experience! Drew and the whole event staff were helpful, kind, and easy to work with. We loved our brunch reception with delicious breakfast food and classic Sahm’s coffee cake. The event space is warm, inviting, and the right size to host lots of different types of weddings or gatherings. Also, the location is perfect - the Monon trail is a gorgeous place for pictures and features a lot of cool artwork/murals. I definitely recommend checking out Liter House for your event!“

“Big Lug is one of the best spots in Indy. Smash burger with curly fries, side of ranch and a Lo-Cal Ranch Water you can’t go wrong. We get excellent service every time, this past visit our server Kevin was very thorough and attentive. The patio outside is great, and the vibe upstairs is great too. Love it here!!!!“

“This place is so cute! The perfect amount of space for a fun lunch with friends. A great parking lot with outdoor seating also. I noted an igloo seating but I'm not sure it was open today. It's all high top seating which I was fine with. The service was great! Very attentive and so good at making the experience fun and personal. Now the ranch was some of the best I've had, if you're a ranch human you get it. The pizza was great I like how they put the sauce and toppings to the edge.“

“Wow. Great place for great beer and food. The Schwartzbier is my favorite with the "Cuban Owl" a Cuban sandwich with tater tots on the side. Big enough to share 1/2 with a friend. I have been going there for years and it's always great.“
