“Went here for the first time and I am baffled as to why there wasn't a line to get in, the food was awesome and the service was as fast and friendly as it gets, Highly recommend this place, best wings and the brisket was smoked perfectly! Also I wasn't sure of the beer choices and the server recommended the perfect one for my taste, Thanks!“

“My wife and I had an amazing time. We had the chefs choice dinner (I believe that's what it was called). My wife has a food allergy that she can not eat mammals and they were very accommodating and made it a wonderful experience for us. The wait staff and bartender were both friendly and informative. We will definitely return on any future trips to Portland.“

“Last month our flight to Portland was delayed a considerable amount of time due to weather issues and it looked as though we would not be able to make our 5p.m. reservation. My daughter called from the tarmac in Boston where we were rerouted and refueled and explained the situation. The hostess, Susie, was very understanding and compassionate And said that even though our table was booked for another party a 7, we should come in and she would see what she could do. We got there late but Susie greeted us warmly and told us not to worry about being rushed that she had arranged things so no one would be inconvenienced. The atmosphere was warm and cozy; the food so very delicious and our waitperson, Anika, was the best. Atmosphere, impeccable service, food and warmth all rate 5 stars and another visit next time we are in Portland.“

“Had a lovely dinner at Dara Bistro during our stay in Freeport. The atmosphere, service, and food were all exceptional. We tried almost everything on the menu and cleaned every plate. Great options for the two vegetarians in our group and amazing dessert. Nice wine, beer, and cocktail options as well.“

“Very easy to change our res from Fri to Thurs at the last minute. Our server, Kelly, was gracious, skilled, knowledgeable, with a friendly & welcoming personality. All meals, apps & wine were delicious and perfectly prepared. The only less than positive comment I would add is the hostess was a bit reserved and not as welcoming; almost a bit snooty.“
