“As far as 12 bones being goes. Environment is laid back and fun, staff where informative and responsive beer was good. I haven't had the BBQ here but I can't imagine it's much different then the other location..... Ribs are the best... Period!“

“I had really high expectations for this brewery after doing an enormous amount of research. The space itself was neat and being downtown was cool. I liked that they had pinball too. But the beers I was expecting elite and I just didn’t feel that way. We tried 7 beers between two of us and the only one I thought was outstanding was one of the Hazys. I will try again next time I’m in town but I won’t prioritize it like I did this time“

“Probably the best brewery experience I've had in 20 years of craft beer tourism. They make great beers and they treat you right, because the people who run it are treated right. This is a great space to relax and talk with friends or make more. Food trucks, indoor and outdoor seating with fire pits, wine and non-alcoholic options, and super friendly service in a beautiful setting. If you don't visit here when in the area, you don't like beer.“

“The execution of each beer was really good, and if I was just rating on their ability to craft an excellent beer I would give a 5. The brewery itself is nice and clean but not special. There are t much offerings from a food standpoint, and the menus itself isn’t huge. I enjoyed every beer I had, but not enough to rate this similarly to other places in the area with similar quality beers but more interesting surroundings“

“Fun brewery to stop at and very kid friendly. If you have young kids then this is the place for you. We always search out kid friendly areas and this hit the spot. There was a large variety of beers with something for everyone. Great spot for kids to play with put put golf, a slide, small soccer field, etc. They also have a rotation of food trucks.“

“A really beautiful brewery taproom. So many plants give it a very peaceful feeling. The tables are gorgeous too. I talked to Jeff, who maybe was also a brewer? “Great stop! They have a parking lot (Yay!) and street parking. The beer garden looked inviting, but we sat inside to chat up our bartender. I didn't catch her name, but she said she worked the bar infrequently. That was our good fortune. We enjoyed our beers and the conversation we had with another couple. Definitely a stop to make if you're in the area!“

“Take a step back to the food court days! From the four food options we saw today we tried two of them. A little cheese and corn empanada snack from Mikasa Criolla was tasty if but just a tad over salted. We also enjoyed the chicken plate from Bun Intended. Excellently fried and crispy. Sauce was our favorite part of the dish.“

The person taking orders took his time with that group, while the line grew longer. It's nice that he took the time to answer their questions, but he probably should have called someone else over to take orders while he chatted with them. The wait was about 10 minutes for this. The place is nice looking and filled with seating, inside and out. The menu is simple, mainly pizzas and handhelds. The staff is friendly and our food came out promptly. My burger was pretty good as well. Aside from the ridiculous wait, the rest of the lunch went perfectly. I'd return.“

“We visited this brewery during our week long trip to Pisgah with our two German shorthair pointers. Our hike was rained out, though we attempted it anyway. After aborting the hike due to weather, we decided to look for a place to get a mid-day beer. We looked at a couple breweries, even drove to Sierra Nevada Brewery. SN was disappointing since their outdoor area was not covered nor open for service apparently. We then went to Burning Blush to check it out. This was also one of few places open at noon (and it was a weekday). Lucky for us, they allow pups inside, which was a plus given the weather. The place was quiet but as I said, was a weekday with terrible weather. The beers were great, the food truck was amazing, and the staff were very kind. They gave our pups a few biscuits (which they loved). My dogs are my kids, so I'm happy to have found this place! Def recommend if traveling with furry friends! We would 100% go back when we are in the area again. THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS TO OUR POINTERS!“

“Pretty good selection of beers, great band and lots of indoor seating. Easy parking. Food via food truck outside and some finger food inside, but no restaurant. It is very much a beer lover's brewery, but offers wine, sodas and hot tea also.“
