“This place is so good we are here for the second day in a row. We were looking for something tasty and casual after a hike when we discovered this hidden gem. Everything was fantastic, we had eggs with chorizo, refried beans, hashbrowns, chilaquiles with eggs and avocado. We're back specifically for the chilaquiles because it's so hard to find and theirs is fantastic! Staff is helpful and kind. We will certainly be back on our next visit to Highlands!“

“Second trip to this restaurant. Here for the holiday weekend every year, and this place may just become a yearly stop. Super nice staff. Excellent food. Their quiche of the day: crab, smoked gouda, and spinach was deeeelicious. My friend had the onion soup and the salmon BLT and she enjoyed both. Clean place with a country feel. Just what you want from a corner cafe in a small town. Thanks for another great lunch!“
